The officer had to ask to search the vehicle but since the suspect was an open book the cop managed to get him to admit he had weed in the car. Okay so I’m very familiar with the specifics of this case because I am from the area and am fimilair with state law, so here’s some translations: Richwood = south side of Monroe (locals consider it Monroe even though it’s a different town on paper) Winnsborro is about an hour from Monroe, 40 minutes from the south side. Troop F is the state trooper headquarters that’s located in the north east part of the state in the 318 area code. It’s out near ouachita parish high school in Swartz (still pretty much monroe) Louisiana.
