    I removed the vacuum hose from the regulator and had a slight vacuum on the regulator, but not much from the hose. No fuel leaked from the regulator. Does this sound normal?

    okay.. i have 3bar fpr 4g63 stock, and if i want to change fuel pump with bigger(255L at 3bars) i didn't have problems, or i may have DX

      It should run without any issue. Make sure the fuel pump does not run over the FPR.

    I have Suzuki Alto 660cc EFI japanese kei car whose fuel pump is not working. I am unable to find it in market.Can I use carborator based car fuel pump into my car? If yes then should both cars be 660cc or more? The Fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank.

    it is possible that bad fuel pressure regulator makes vibrations for engine itself and inside car ? i changed FPR because of engine shaking, now it is not shaking but there are vibrations in engine bay and inside of the car.... ? thx

    • @isharadinuka
      @isharadinuka  3 года назад +1

      A bad FPR can be a reason for the engine vibrations as it is not regulating pressure as it should. Therefore the engine is not receiving the optimum amount of fuel. But if the vibration issue is fixed by replacing the FPR, and even a slight vibration is transmitted to the chassis, better to check your engine mounts.

      @@isharadinuka thx for helping. I changed acutally FPR and engine works a lot better, no violent shaking of the car/engine. And yes, you are right, it is not moving/shaking engine anymore but in winter/colder there are vibrations and probably mounts are in bad shape too.. :(

    Mine is leaking fuel in to the intake manifold pressure port. The diaphragm must be broken. Is my assumption correct? Thanks.

    Sir what is the problem if one of the output in the commonrail is no fuel..

    • @isharadinuka
      @isharadinuka  3 года назад

      Most probable reason is a clogged fuel filter. The fuel pump can also be a culprit.

      Check your fuel filter. Or it can be the prefilter in the fuel pump itself. I guess your fuel pump works perfect. Or else, check your fuel pump as well. Fuel system is a closed system. There shouldn't be any fuel or air leak.

      @@isharadinuka bro I have the same problem, I’m thinking it is the fuel filter, if youve installed a new fuel pump you’ve got to change the filter as well that’s clogging your engine sending black dirty oil to your engine which is causing it to stall and Fuel pressure can’t function and you can’t adjust it which will be faulty.
