I loved your video. It brings back memories of my very own garden. Now down sized I'm re-creating it on a very very small scale. Those by gone days were so much fun yet so rewarding. God and nature together with us made our very own painting in our backyards.

My friend in St Augustine, Florida has an incredible, English garden. More beautiful than the plethora of palm tree and endless concrete.
Very nice garden, the blue color of the chairs and the garden trellis makes everything more relaxing

The red one is an own-root polyantha, "Red Fairy." The coral-colored one is the hybrid tea "Sunstruck." I love them both, and Red Fairy has grown to five feet since this video was made. As for the blues--the bush in the foreground is caryopteris. And the climber behind it is morning glory "Heavenly Blue".

Brenda I loved it. I loved the Asiatic Lillys, All of the roses, the Rhododendron (I believe) Loved the quotes interspersed in the video. Loved the night photos. Loved the music. I live in Peterborough England and your garden really does look like a typical English garden all seasons round. The plants and flowers, shrubs you have are very very much in keeping even to the garden bench and outdoor table and chairs. Well done♥

Lilies are amazing flowers. So showy and reliable. My June garden is all about the roses, but my July garden features the lilies. I think you're smart to grow both.

I loved the music too
That's a caryopteris (blue flowers) in the foreground. Then hugging both sides of the steps are simple mounds of juniper. I'm guessing you're looking at the video on a small screen, and that's why it looks like ivy.

Beautiful garden, in the Aug part of the video it shows a walkway and the green grass with flowers but also some green lush plant like a spread -looks very pretty and lush, is that ivy?

I grew up in Houston, so I know what you mean. But people DO garden in Texas. ;-) They just grow different plants from what I'm able to grow here in the midwest. Look around at gardens and plantings that you admire and then ask questions!
