3 Reasons to AVOID SoFI Stock

One thing I love doing is looking into contrary information regarding stock I am invested in to find out if there is something I missed and have not considered into my decision making. In this video, I get into my reaction to an article noting 3 reasons not to buy the dip in SoFI Stock.

Noto previously expressed excitement about what lower rates would do for their mortgage lending segment, different products do better at different stages of the rates cycle. Too much is made of interest rates imo - earnings, gdp and employment are strong, hence mkt has been making new highs. That's why mkt is up today after yesterdays ‘bad’ news.
Lower rates might prove to be icing on top or might already be priced in on expectation.
What mattered most regarding mkt fear/volatility, was the rate raising cycle ending, so mr mkt could resume it’s normal want to be optimistic.

The cost goes into the government deficit, then eventually gets footed by tax payers. We do this with all social programs too like police and fire trucks.
