The beginning makes a bit of sense, if you swapped which part of Kuruma Naruto gets vs what Minato gets. Most of the rest of it doesn't make much sense, but it's hard to do a what if of years of someone's life with the biggest change ever. Like learning Rasengan. He wouldn't just instantly know how to use it. Plus Naruto would have practiced ninjutsu earlier since he didn't have the seal anymore. He would have many different learned Jutsu and techniques that the current Naruto simply doesn't know. Menma is an an example of this. A Naruto without limiters from childhood is insanely strong. And Sasuke only left the leaf village in the first place because he couldn't beat his rival. If Naruto is already this strong this early, Sasuke is no longer Naruto's rival. And if he has full control of his tailed beast, he's not a genin anymore. And I HIGHLY doubt the third hokage wouldn't find out about this pretty quickly and help him. This would eventually lead to Naruto getting Harashima cells earlier in life if that would unlock his true potential as a reincarnation. Great video idea, but not as well thought out as it could be. Kinda went from what would happen when he was 6. Okay not much different from 7-12... That's 5 years of inaccuracy for basically a god showing up in the leaf.

You're absolutely right the key is the only way to open those inner gates between Naruto and Nine-Tails without broking whole seal. Technically they can broke the seal without the key but then Nine-Tails will be emerged outside Naruto like he tried to do while fighting with Pain.
