    Best review I have seen yet on this beautiful bike, honest and doing what 99% of us do on them. Convinced me for sure.

    The engine design comes from the Kawasaki Klx300, when Loncin and Kawasaki where engine partners.

    Rack, engine bars, switchable ABS and pinky protectors, I can forgive that mild steel exhaust.

    Bit late to it, but this is the best review of the 300 rally I've yet seen (of about 10). Really got the feel of it. Nice bike, excellent review 👍

      The review are very positive in Argentina, Spain and France. In Spain the Voge 300 Rally has been sold as hot bread. There are several channels on YT, all in Spanish. There are 4 guys with 4 Rally who have made 3500 km offroad in Morocco with just 1 flat front tire (channel Vogeando). The channel Viajando con Mabre has several interesting videos. This athletic guy has taken a Voge Rally (with NO modifications) in the "Xtreme 300 de Pozoblanco" and made 300 km WOT, so full gas that the consumption went up to 7 liters/100 km. No problem. That means he stayed WOT using all the 25 hp, the kind of thing never a amateur owner will do to his bike.
      So happy that he took the same bike to The Hellas Rally 2023 in Greece, 7 days race in pretty harsh condition under a lot of rain. One problem day 4, that was a faulty connector from the alternator to the regulator full of mud. None problem with the engine.
      The English YT channel nathanthepostman is very happy. He has done a 2000 miles trip in France and Italy for the Stella Alps, and later the Pilgrimage Day (12 days 2500 miles).

    Why the negativity towards E10 fuel? I’ve been using it for over a decade now and had no problems. My cars and motorcycles have all been designed to run on it since before the turn of the century. The Voge needing E5 is a negative point in my opinion as it means I would often have to pay an excess to use 98 fuel which would give no performance gain as E5 95 can be hard to find here. It’s presumably an invite into how old the engine design actually is although Kawasaki did lag years behind the other Japanese manufactures when developing their bikes for E10.

    I'd pick the Suzuki V-Strom 250SX over the Voge 300 Rally. Why? Dealer network & longer term parts availability.

    • @chrispekel5709
      @chrispekel5709 Год назад +3

      I know nothing about the quality of this bike or the other products from the company, but I don't think they are going anywhere. Even if dealers stop selling them you'll still be able to order parts online. These chinese manufacturers are huge companies. Loncin makes the 850 twin for BMW

    Hi Mark good review I've been waiting for you to get this bike. I did my review 6 months ago having now covered 5k I'm doing an update review. I agree so far with your thoughts, do you have this bike on a long term loan? And from your first test ride would you buy one? Ride safe Amigo.

    Hi Mark, this looks like an ideal little bike but! You tested the Mash 650 that now has a TRIAL version. How close are these bikes in your experience for every day use and pure riding enjoyment. Thanks for the video, great review.

    • @motorsforthemasses
      @motorsforthemasses  Год назад +1

      Hi, The Mash X-ride was great, but had various reliability issues. As a low miles daily use, this Voge seems great, especially if you want to cut across a field on the way home from work lol. Not as powerful as the 650 of course and if consistent 70mph is required then 650 is better but if the country road commute is for you, 300 is good enough. If you don't do much offroading and don't need consistent higher speeds, 300 is good.

  • @andydt82

    E5 only? That’s crazy nowadays, why make it hard to find fuel when you only have 11 litres?

    • @motorsforthemasses
      @motorsforthemasses  Месяц назад

      That is a valid point, although personally I NEVER use E10. Allsorts of long term issues highlighted.

    Comments after Essais/Test ride :
    Front brake pretty-much non existent, back brake good ;
    Taller than I remembered;
    VERY short gearing, leading to 60 kph at 6000 rpm;
    Vibey, like riding a 125cc;
    Good handling:cornering on-road; didn’t test off-road;
    Not for me.
