Talkio AI is a great app for language learners. Especially, if you can already communicate in a language with some fluency and want to improve on it. That's what I use it for.

It's awesome! I've been using it for several months and am amazed at how helpful it is. I have my favorite tutors because they each have different speech styles and levels of maturity. My language learning has been taken to a whole new level. 🤩

@@FearlessUntamed I'm using Talkio AI to improve my French, Spanish, and Mandarin. I'm already at at least advanced conversational with all three. I prefer to have the tutor reply to me in the target lanuage, explain meanings in the target language and not use my native tongue. This way, I'm able to learn as if I was in the language environment, which supports thinking in the language by avoiding direct translation. It's revolutionary for language learning in that sense. I establish up front that I don't want the tutor to reply using English, though sometimes, It sneeks a word in here or there in parenthesis for words it feels I may not be familiar with. It seems to have a good sense of my languauage level. And I have already found that the tutors each have their own speech styles and "personalities." I tend to resonate with one and prefer to work with it. Pretty impressive.
