- On 22 September, 1913, Nicholas II and his third daughter, Grand Duchess Maria Nikolaevna, drove from Livadia, Crimea to Alupka, to attend a church consecration at the Climate Station. This is the film of the event, colourised by Kirill Mituygin, along with corresponding diary entries. See what the location looks like today.

As I mentioned already, Maria is my favorite Romanov sister. I don't believe (especially today) it would really be easy to find a sweet angelic beauty like GD Maria!!

The last tsarist family was transported to Czechoslovakia. Russia and the Czech Republic should declassify everything. My grandfather accompanied them by boat to Trieste and then by train to Czechoslovakia. He always said that Masaryk and Lenin were friends, but it was not free (part of the golden imperial treasure). Therefore, it is not appropriate to publish this for Russia or the Czech Republic. That's why the Czechs say they didn't steal anything, but they can't tell the whole truth. Disgust

I often think how Russia/soviet union would have been like if the ramanovs were not massacred.
I can confidently say that tens of millions of lives would have been spared, who were massacred under the Soviets.
