I still prefer going to the print dialog so I can visually see the sizing to assure it fits on the page as intended and then either save or send in mail from the PDF drop down in the print box. Doesn't work for any other format, but PDF's are what I send 95% of the time.
Is there any way to set mail attachments to always show as icons? If I attach more than one item, some show in the body of the email and some show in very odd places as icons. Looks very messy. Thanks
No, it just does it automatically based on file type. But even if yo could it doesn't mean the recipient would see it that way as that is up to their email app, device and their settings. You only have so much control over what they see from your end.
But I notice that the 'send a copy' option was already there since the previous update, not new in this update - and it annoys me actually, because all I usually do after document is done, is to save it to particular folder or airplay it or to print it. I don't send a copy. Why Apple put that unnecessary option is beyond me.

@macmostvideo I have inserted a frame border of 4x3 in a 16x9 to place older video inside to look nicer. Maybe it's the frame which I got from keynote vintage template. I don't know why it says low resolution until back on line. What would being on line have to do with res.? Hi, have a question. On m2 mac,In pages, if i try to edit the content of the document, it is asking me to duplicate the document and then i would be able to edit it. It saying that i dont have permission to edit the document. But in get info section i unchecked the locked option but to no avail Can u tell why it is happening
I was confused, because when I click on File > Share.... I get something completely different. But when I changed the name of the document, then I get the same drop down menu.

No, you can't just do part of a document.
You can also mail a pdf from the print menu in Pages, Keynote, etc. It's an option under pdf drop down.

Sounds like you want an email newsletter service like Aweber, Constant Contact or MailChimp.

In Pages? You don't fill in PDF a form in Pages. You fill it in in Preview.

Perhaps you have it in a read-only folder, or drive, or some other permission have been changed for that file.

Yes. That is the same as before. Choose Collaborate instead and then you have that option.
