You can put anything want in a Prenup, that's why I don't see the big deal in one. Most people view Prenups as just a way to protect one's money. But you can also agree to how much money you will give person if you divorce, who does what in the relationship, how often you will have sex. I remember Catherine Zeta-Jones saying, because she didn't 100% trust Michael Douglas to be faithful (he had track record) that they put in their Prenup that if he cheats, she gets a certain amount of money. So, yeah don't fight a Prenup just make sure you cover things you want from your partner in it. Like having children or no pranks.

People that have been together for 20-years have 20-years of trust built, people that have been together for 2-3-years can never have that same level of trust.
