This anime reminds me of 100th Deeds of Eddie McDowd or Japanese version of it. Both main character turned into a dog, both have friendly relationship with one human character who understand the mc, both can talk.

Scissor woman....Isn't she one of those spirits that was sighted in multiple countries including Korea, she targets a single or lone individual and asks questions related to her appearance, like whether the person finds to her to be beautiful, she asks the person three times and if the answer is yes then she takes off her mask which reveals a mouth that is split halfway down the middle and asks a final time whether she is beautiful or not, she then replies that she will make the individual as beautiful as her, then should the person run she gives chase intent on killing the fleeing individual, then there is the case of a girl who had supposedly been thrown onto the path of an incoming train as part of a joke by her classmates, she was torn in half as a result and her spirit haunts that train station searching for her missing half, if somehow she is spotted by a person she will attempt to make conversation and then ominously asks if the person has seen her lower body, she, just like the scissor woman, gives chase as the person tries to flee and escape.....Japan has some seriously scary paranormal occurences 👻 💀 😨 😲

I remember this anime when searching through my old comments. Copy and paste from an old video that got deleted in 2017. I just wish they made Kazuhito turn back into a human, at the beginning it seems like they was trying to take that direction, remember when Kazuhito didn't kill his killer because it may not turn him back to a human. Also if it has to do with being "realistic", Natsuno cut down a missile with her scissor, yeah that alone has thrown "realistic" out the window.
He would have his old body back and it doesn't need to be logical, it would be a gift from G o d or something, idk its Anime, they could make up whatever they want.
