Supposedly, while flying back home from a meeting with some executives, ИF was inspired write this song. They tried to presure him in directions he wasn't willing to go. Idk when this was or whatever, only person I can think of that has said anything slightly negative about him is a subtle jab from Eminem on some track, pretty sure was quite awhile after this tho. Which I'm taking NF over Em personally, even if battled, wtf would Em even have on him, Em just punches down when beefing with other artists n at this point hes built a big enough fanbase n considered a legend just kinda gets away with whatever
