@@s.r6331 I think that’s how it’s going to go this year. Last year the price point was lower across the board and a lot of it still didn’t sell out until SAS. My store had all of the pedestals, the clock and the goblet for 50-75% off. The people who paid full price at the beginning must have been kicking themselves.

At this point, they should sell candles separately, like a refill candle for our favorite candle jars and lids.
I think at one point they had a lid issue in 2020 and people were not happy.
They should just sell the fancy Lids separately and you can put it on whatever candle you want even if it's not BBW because maybe I don't want that candle but I like the lid just like they sell those magnetic Stoppers separately😢😊
@@Dani-ICU-RN I liked the candle but not the lid. I went last week when it was like $12.95 a candle but this was a few bucks more so it wasn't included. I wasn't paying nearly $40 for it, though. I just picked something else.
The fact that you weren’t willing to buy the candle at full price says volumes about their price hikes. I haven’t bought any Halloween yet & normally I’d be on my 3rd or 4th order by now 😅 need sales or lower prices. I’m hoping they’ll have them on sale but I doubt it 😩 thanks for all the bath & body Halloween coverage! Makes it so fun ☺️🎃

I agree I just one hearse nothing is worth the price. They can keep it because ultimately they will have to lower the price. The luminary being $275 is too much money and it doesn’t even look good compared to last year. There used to be lines outside when Halloween released but because of the prices there is no lines now.
Thankfully there is a single wick that's Rewards eligible and not an online exclusive. I have no intention on buying the snake lid full-sized one, but I do have four rewards and my store has it available for BOPIS! 😉

I liked the packaging of wicked vanilla woods last year better in the body care. This is scent is the best vanilla scent In my opinion

Hey Bonnie!! I wanted to make sure this did not slip by you… Spooky Moontini candle is a repackage of Enchanted Candy Potion!! I thought it when I first smelled it, and I ran it past my store manager, who confirmed it! She said, she realized it at first whiff. Give it another sniff yourself, and see what you think!!!

It isn't. Enchanted Candy Potion had no citrus note in it!! Spooky Martini has an almost sour bitter note to it.💀🍸💙🖤

I liked the snake fragrance mist holder last year but never was able to get my hands on it. The snake stuff isn’t doing it for me this year.
To me, once these fancy candles go above $25 and never go on sale, it’s like they don’t exist to me.
I really like the Spooky Martini candle but I am going to wait for a sale. I really like Candy Apple Cauldron too. Those are my top two right now. More fall stuff is coming on 7/29.

I really want candy apple couldron but i will not pay that for a candle or any of the other high priced ones... so if they arnt included in sales im just not gonna get any....there are soooo many apple candles out for fall w more to come so its not a be all end all for me but i really think they should sell the expensive lids seperate for ppl who want to get them.... i have the crown from everlasting magic which i have turned upside down to use as a candle holder for several candles. But i have the gold lid from harvest gathering which i saved but now its just kinda hanging out on my candle shelf...like u said in ur video what do we do w these lids now? I was at the outlet today in San Diego. No candle sales. Tons of Paris Amore!!! FFSM and cream!
They should sell all of their holiday candles with plain lids at the regular price (and include them in the sales), and the fancy lids separately as an option for those who want them. They’re losing money at the moment because people are refusing to buy them altogether at a $40 price point. For every $40 they’re missing out on completely right now, they could surely be getting $16.95 maybe even regular price at $26.95 if they did it that way. And for those who really want the lid, the bar code is on the jar, not the lid. When nobody is looking take the lid off and swap it with one of the cheaper candles, then find a cashier who looks either really busy or really tired and maybe they won’t notice 😝

I just got the hearse. The prices are too steep this year. I used to see a line on Halloween release but not anymore. Last year luminary looks better than this year and $275 is crazy

The Vanilla Wicked Candle is GORGEOUS and smells lovely. I went ahead and bought 2 of the snake holders in store and will probably go back to get the candle at some point. My store had plenty candles but only 3 holders left, so I had to buy the 2 today in fear of missing out. I also redeemed 5 rewards for 5 of the black kitty wallflower plugs. I will probably go tomorrow to get the holder to match. It's really cute.

The snake lid can fit on any 3-wick B&BW candle. So, it's kind of a collection piece and decoration. So, I understand those who want to purchase it for that reason. But for those who just want the candle itself for the fragrance only, the $39.95 price tag is way too much. They should sell the extravagant lids separately, in my opinion.
I bought the Wicked Vanilla Woods with the $10 off. I really wanted that candle. I could care less for the snake. I grew up in the mountains of NC and I got my fill of snakes there. 😂🐍🐍🐍 Why does the snake emoji look like a duck?
I was surprised a BBW employee was vlogging and the box they put away had at least 6 candles with no lids. I have a feeling they didn’t make it through shipping. I hope my orders make it. On a different note, the luminary was gorgeous.

Price is outrageous! They can keep those and the stranger things candles until there is a sale, like $13.95 or $12.95 sale.
They recently had one of those and I got the Stranger Things candles. This one was not included in the sale. I wanted it without the lid, though.
I personally won’t buy it and to be completely honest I stock up on stuff during semi annual sale. It’s just way easier that way plus I’m able to do my Christmas shopping then too. I’ve never understood paying full price plus I already thought the lids that some of the candles have are already nice that are cheaper than the other candle that you showed that’s almost $40.
I ordered wicked vanilla woods. I thought about ordering the snake holder to go with it but it looks like plastic. If it was metal I would have bought it.

wonder why they didn't give up members at 20% discount or something kind of weird. I mean a sneak peek is a sneak peek, but everything's in the store anyway so. Please don't buy $40 candles for our benefit😊!, we have seen pictures and you can't smell us smell it through the comments so we will find out for ourselves ,unless you're going to buy it review it and exchange it for something else which I would never tell anyone to do but we all have to exchange sometimes. Of course not used. And why is wicked vanilla Woods only online in body care, but if the other stuff is in the store weird😂.
3:45 I'm sure many of you do it but do you save the lids and the candle jars after they're empty and just boil the jar get the wax out scrape off the label you can put on any homemade label you want and you can add a dollar store little mini knob to the top and you have a great container for the kitchen for the bathroom for Q-tips for bubble gum for anything you want it also makes it really cute container for gifts
