Mr. Smith aka LL Cool J is still one of the realest Emcees in the Game and one of the best to ever do it. Every time I listen to him speak he teaches me something new or he motivates me. I've seen him live once he's a phenomenal performer he is Hip Hop I'm grateful I grew up listening to him. "Mama said knock you out" is still my favorite by him. “Mama Said Knock You Out” was the very first Hip Hop album I ever owned. I wore that cassette out.
24:58 I thought this foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
Someone should tell Andre 3000 that. 😂
I took some spanish and Italian classes when I was in grade school, J.H.S, college.
I’m bad, favorite cool j song.
@LLcoolj
Brotha I’m shocked you didn’t like the (Original) Rock The Bells.. But I get it.. That song (for me) was a foreshadowing of the greatness to come. Besides the insane flow and ENERGY, considering what was on air at the time, two lines have always stood out to me..
“Upon a plateau, no mortal can go.. Mythological CHARACTERS stand below Rock the bells!
Bruh! All I heard was Dr. King’s voice in that cadence.. (Run through it but in his voice) BRILLIANT!
And the last line..
“So don’t never ever.. in ANY kind of weather.. Try to mess with the tall young legend in leather! LL.. Servin’ em well, yhe beat elevates and the scratch excels Rock the bells.. A-RUH!!🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤🎼🎼🎼🔥🔥🔥🔥
That’s when I signed on! That song should be inscribed on sacred parchment Brotha!
RESPECT 2 THA
“Watch ya mouth don’t ever step outta line.. LL COOL J NINJA…….
G.O.A.T!
💯💯
Look how Nervous LL was when he was talking about beating somebody's A$$ that broke into his home, His leg was shaking quick as a MF, lol
My man in my head sexy aging gracefully

No need for new album. We just need to go to these concert to relive our memories. I was in high school and no concert at that time. I wish there are more of these concerts. Keep rap alive

You wouldn't think LL knows the language of arguably the finest women in America? 🤣🤣
White women don’t speak Spanish…
Had to let him grow
I workout 5 days a week and balance out my diet not to much junk food I drink a lot of water and eat salads. I will be 46 this year I just wanna stay healthy as I can be word is bond
Jackie can get it
In America, all the kids took/take foreign language classes in JHS and H.S.. Black/African and European /white people understand spanish and other languages. Also, learned to speak/understand a non-english language by being around friends, neihbors, etc.
He rapped his last verse on Kay Slay second album in Spanish
Dude was always smart whatever he chose to do,LL been there and done that whether its music or TV.Glad he runs Rock The Bells network.
What happened to all the black ppl that used to work at 92.3 a hip hop station with no black Americans seems weird
Of course he does. He's from New York. Probabably grew up around Ricans.
Yea pretty much that's where I learned most of my spanish. Grew up in the Bronx and now live in SoCal. Out here though people are always surprised when they see a black guy speaking spanish. LOL. It doesn't even phase New Yorkers.
Capricorns, Virgos, Geminis, Libras, Aries, Leos tend to look younger than their age also(the rising sign can also influence appearance, planets in the first house(personality, appearance).
If kids, teens/college students in Americ take music classes, learn to play instuments, sing, that will help them to not be bored with school, it will help them with difficult subjects(like math), stimulate their creative abilities, improve their mood, etc.
I was never good at math, anyway I am not a MATH Teacher! I was always great with writing,
In grade school I got called to the principal's office(my mother had to go also), they told me to stop writing negative/curse words/ comments about one of my classmates, the people in the office were laughing though! I used some lyrics from a Hall And Oat's song. Another time I wrote a poen. Creative writing!
Eating healthy foods, exercise, not drinking, smoking is important for everyone to saty healthy.

Damn L is Latino now
Blacks and Latinos are the same race of people called Israelites tribe of Judah and tribe of issachar
GTFOH..... those mongrels ain't our ppl🤣
4 minutes in and I’m already done with this interview. Latinos DID NOT create Hip Hop. I can’t wait til we get all of this settled. #OnToTheNextInterview #ContributingAndCreatingAreNotTheSameThing
🎯
They didn’t create hip-hop Music, but what they get credit for is being a part of the b-boy dancing and graffiti movements that were a part of hip-hop culture when it started. Those aspects didn’t last as long as the actual music after about 1985 or 86.
@@mcmarcuschapman yeah in the 80's though before that the Spanish New Yorkers called rap Jungle music and Breaking Jungle dancing. Now they are stealing credit from the originators.
The host dam near begs LL to say it too lol. And his people and region has nothing to do with the creation. These types treat Black folks like we’re white people
@@mcmarcuschapmanIf that’s the case why not give the white boys bombin trains back then credit 🤔…
New York not LA
Boosie got proms for us now
We don't share the same interests,,no mutuality,,no relationship
Melanin? 😂😂😂
