Whether you like him or not, there is no place for politicians trying to pick and instigate fights in our House of Commons.

Questions are not to be directed to other parties (or other party leaders), they are to be directed only to the governing party. The difficulty is that Singh is not a member of the governing party, but Fergus at least acknowledges that the NDP are - in effect - part of a kind of governing coalition, so he was forced to allow the question to stand even though Singh was not permitted to respond. There was no simple solution to this. I don't care for Fergus one bit, but credit where credit is due.

Bill c63, seems like it has so many parts to it. Not all really connected to each other. Split that bill into separate bills. Too broad. Keep it smaller and addressing each topic.
