1. Prioritize your health above all. 2 Divide your wealth by the amount of months you plan to live (me at 59 =360). 3. Have at least 5 asset classes (metals, bitcoin/ETH, stocks, cash, real estate). 4. Have at least 3 investor class (indefinite) residencies. 5. Never spend more than 165 days per year in any country and know all possible residency test. 6. Only purchase properties priced between 300 and 600k in low property tax jurisdictions. 7. Have a prenup (in each country with assets) for anyone you date more than 5 months and wife for sure. You will need to reward anyone you date financially, based on time together. 8. As for stock buying buy indexes until you are really good at it. 9. Always keep earning. 10. Keep all non RE assets outside the places you divide your time amongst. ie keep off their radar with bank/brokerage accounts. 11. Bonus K.I.S.S and do at least 20 hours of research for every 1/4 million you are spending. A fool and his money will soon part company because they were lucky to get together in the first place.
This is all great advice, thank you for sharing. One point I want to add, now with crypto, someone can earn 12%+ APY simply by staking. This is better than what almost every bank or index fund can offer
Hex is the only asset with no negative externalities. You get to keep your own asset you don’t have to hand it over to get yield. There’s no middleman it’s a finished product that runs on immutable consensus code.
