This house is very pretty but there are certain things I don't like. For example the stair, there is a large gap in between each step which a child can fall through. Also at the beginning of the stair on the bottom floor to the right hand side there is no handrail. I did not see a stove or a refrigerator in the kitchen. The backyard is very small.

This person that built this house is a private engineer/developer. He works on clients' projects. He does not build homes for sale.
Homes in Kigali sell really really fast especially for unique, modern and affordable options like this particular one. For the most part homes like these do not stay on the market for morethan a week. They sell super fast. This particular house sold two days after the video was uploaded.
Generally homes in Rwanda sell so fast and it is not common to find a brand new house staying on the market for morethan maximum 3 months. For the most part within a few days, weeks and a month after a house is listed, it is sold.

Awesome looking property With it being this modern the kitchen is terribly designed, no built in space for a traditional modern stove. I was expecting the master to be somewhat bigger as well. Other than that it's gorgeous.

Welcome to the family.
There are no beaches within Kigali however there are a number of recreational centres with beach line features. The beaches we have in Rwanda are outside Kigali in Districts like Gisenyi.
Yes the villa is about 5 minutes walk to grocery shops, shopping malls, and a bus station. You are also very very close, about 7 minutes drive to one of the best international schools in Kigali.

It a nice house for sure but I was expecting a bit more from its size such as bigger bedrooms, shower cubicles, and walking closets. Again, that's my own opinion.

Houses like these don't stay on the market for a long time here in Rwanda.
In terms of mortgage, I personally would recommend Eco bank and bank of Kigali. Their rates are fair enough.
