synapse and script-ware are basically tied for the best, as of free executors evon is easily the best being basically a free synapse but a handful of people accuse it to be a virus, I had it for a long time and never noticed anything fishy and it worked great as well as it has oxygen U Fluxus and krnl api if u wanna switch to use either of those, or its own keyless api. Other wise comet is probably the best, it has a key but its easier to get than krnl and arguably works as a better executor than krnl.
