No. It is not that simple. There are women with xy. To determine the sex only based on the chromosomal makeup is wrong, because it doesnt account for rare genetic dispositions. You cant just disregard other biological factors like the anatomy.

There are people born with "both genitals" because of chromosome defects and the family has to make a decision at birth for the doctors to remove which one. I think she was born "intersex" it's called ambiguous genitalia. And a newborn doesn't have a womb developed yet, so it's a tough call to decide. Amazing people don't know this.
