@@adoragrayskull Scanlan is known to sleep around and have one-night stands with a lot of people. During the campaign he met a young gnome woman who could also play music. Scanlan did what he always does and tries to seduce the young woman, but she rejects his advancements. The reason was that she was his daughter from a previous "relationship", and he had no idea existed.
She was even going to attempt to kill Scanlan after she revealed that she was his daughter, but he was able to persuade her not to.
So, the line from Vex about him trying to get laid even with ladies he made was about Scanlan trying to sleep with his own daughter.
