We got our kiddo a '23 soul as a HS grad gift - in Mars orange. We really like the idea of it getting them the whole way through grad school. It's a fun little thing to drive. Visibility in it is great for a young driver! The only thing we arent impressed with is the headlights at night. We got the LS model - those GT trim lights may be better? And my kid says when you turn it off, the little jingle it plays is like winning at a video game 😂 Overall, we LOVE it. We will probably get another for our next kiddo, too.

This is when I learned that some insurance companies will not insure certain models of Kia's, the Soul being one of them, and those who were insured were told by their insurance companies that their policies would not be renewed.
yeah, some kias and hyundais were possible to steal with just a skrewdriver and a usb cable. The blacklisted models are: 2015-2021 Hyundai Accent 2015-2021 Hyundai Elantra 2015-2021 Hyundai Kona 2015-2021 Hyundai Santa Fe 2015-2021 Hyundai Tucson 2015-2018 Hyundai Veloster 2015-2021 Kia Forte 2015-2021 Kia Optima (regular) 2015-2016 Kia Optima (hybrid) 2015-2021 Kia Rio 2015-2021 Kia Sedona 2015-2016 Kia Sorento 2015-2021 Kia Soul 2015-2021 Kia Sportage so i think the 2024 kia soul is safe
Fun fact: the dip on the middle edge of the hood was to accommodate the older Kia logo back when the redesign was introduced for the 2020 model year, then Kia just decided to keep that same hood for this refresh to save on costs. Now that the new Kia logo got moved lower in between the headlights, that little dip on the hood is not necessary but Kia kept it anyways. :)
I really like my 2021 S model. So far it’s been reliable and I’ve gone on lots of road trips (68k miles on the car). It handles like a go-kart in my mind, and the ride seems fine to me. Not the best, but certainly good enough unless you drive exclusively on crappy roads. As good or better than the 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander I had before.
I got this car a year ago and have not seen its double yet. Pennsylvania Oklahoma Michigan get the Sport edition its awesome and a 1 of a kind. Safety features are unheralded acceleration is good its incredible this car will save your life and you won't understand it , till you own it for a while . I bought this car on a whim out of necessity, its incredible.
Brought a 2024 Kia Soul S April 4 2024. Passage Window imploded while I will driving alone on a smooth paved road. Replaced out of pocket $446 June 1 while driving I notice a crack in my window shield. $900 to replace. I had a 2014 Jeep and never endured none of this. I truly believe the windows are defective. I’m reading this vehicle in next year. Two window replacement and only 1 payment in. Don’t do it. These modern car come with so much of hassle Farmers and Allstate do not cover Kia. Our insurance has increased dramatically.
Hello. what do you like best about your Venue. I have this dilemma now: Soul or Venue. I like the fact soul has a more powerful engin and is bigger but I also enjoy the fun form factor of the Venue. Thanks.
@racineurr.8924 The venue is very fun and agile to drive and I like the fact that the 1.6 is multi port injection and not GDI so there is no carbon issue or other problems with GDI like fuel delution. It's just a great vehicle.

I didn't actually buy this one but rather I just review these cars. However, typically there is tax, tags & processing fees associated with purchasing a car. Of course, that depends on where you live as well. 👍🏻

I was the same until 2022. We purchased a Kia Forte and have been very pleased.
We bought a 2022 soul and have been very pleased. We had a forte before this and drove it 91,000 miles before trading it in. No problems or issues

I like it , nice interior, but I prefer my 24 Venue, limited it is awesome and is returning 37.2 mpg average , so nice and comfortable. Great review.
