Good video. These 200K prices are nice but there is still those things like unfinished basement, weird concept or flow, low ceilings, not good conditioned yardm those type things could be better which is why your budget should be like $250K. Things that prevent you from buying maybe, but we fixable. Wish there was things like those that were fixed and could raise the price another chunk but thatd be okay. My point is maybe try showing homes that are under 300K and have all these things checked off perhaps?
