    Ingredients of mashed eggplant:
    Eggplant - 800 grams,
    Dried Chillies - 2 pieces,
    Green Chillies - 4 pieces,
    Shallot - 4 pieces,
    Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons,
    Salt - according to taste.
    Method : First you have to boil the eggplants.
    When the oil in the pan is hot, fry the dried chillies, green chillies and shallot. When the shallot turns into brown, fry the boiled eggplant in it. Need to put salt according to taste. After frying for two minutes, the eggplant mash will be ready.
    Ingredients of Roti (Chapati) :
    Red flour - 3 cups,
    1 cup of water,
    Salt- according to taste.
    Method: Boil flour with salt. Flour should be well taken with kneading. When the dough is ready. You have to cut into small pieces. Then need to roll small pieces with a roller separately. After that, bake it in dry pan. It will become whole grained soft Roti.
