When Lee talks ,
I listen 😊🙏🏻
❤
100% certified legend LEE PRIEST ❤🙏
I've been following Lee for over a decade; he is my absolute favorite bodybuilder and person overall. Extremely honest, straightforward, and free-minded guy. Wishing you all the best, sir!
100% Lee I myself have been training since 1978 and can't do certain exercises now different stage of training now I train around my injuries
Some of the BEST Advice I've EVER Seen Anybody give on BodyBuilding! Thank you Lee 💪🏽
I’m so happy Lee is in a good place mentally, we don’t know half the shit he’s gone threw , he’s a Living Legend , Much respect for him
Hi Lee. Please do the video on self doubt. I’d love to show it to my son who is stuck in a negative self talk spiral at the moment. Cheers Mate.
Ok
@@RealLeePriestyou’re a great dude Lee! Glad you’re helping the kid out. Looking forward to this video now. Much Love from Virginia USA
@@RealLeePriestLee, far more important than your GOAT physique, is your wisdom and empathy. This is why I remain happy at 65 every time I have a chance to listen to your takes on everything. All the best to you and yours. Always.
Maybe your kid is low on testosterone.
Damnit phil, thats your job as his dad
" you cant fail if you give it your best shot " Lee Priest ,. wise words to live by ,.
I met you back in 2013 at the Arnold Classic and you where humble enough to have your picture taken with me and then my wife. You are a true legend and I love your content. Thank you.
This an honest and real video. Not the usual fake, contrived garbage, motivation vids most of these influencers pump out. Needed to hear this today, thanks for the motivation lee and more importantly, just being real as always.
Goat advice. I also think people focus on small things. It isn’t about getting enough protein. About being patient. About consistency. About rest. About intensity. About sufficient volume. None of these things in isolation it’s ALL of them together and then the rest. The race is long but in the end, it’s only with yourself.
Great advice Lee. I always tell my daughter the same, as long as you try, you are a winner. You give up once, you will always give up and therefore never succeed. Keep going, never give up, always try your best.
There's a lot of greats, but Priest is best bodybuilder ever in my opinion.
We seriously need more Lee videos.
Hit arms today hard , trying to curl a pint to my mouth now . Cheers Lee
No guts no glory !!
A great message for this year Lee, thank you ! I started in the gym back in 2005. Was a fat b@$terd almost 300 pounds not knowing shit all about training supplements and nutrition, still going today! Hope to meet you in person one day 💪💪God bless you and Greg!🙏🙏
No one cares
@@Stanly-StudYour as funny as syphilis.
Lee, what can I do to get more length and girth in my testicals. I dont care about penis size. I just want a big set of nuts like my goat Ted.
I care, good job man. Keep pushing yourself. Don't listen to Stan. His estrogen is too high and nobody gave him a tissue to cry into.

You've a baldy half inch
I started Weight training 45 years ago ...after 2 years I realized my Genetics were shit and I would never win a bodybuilding contest ,but I loved the training and still train 4-5 days per week ...of course I have changed the body after all these years and all the people I trained with who had much better genetics than me have now stopped training completely ..Lee is bang on correct ....patience is a virtue
That's awesome good for you keep being patient
@haubro18 😅 bro...I read his post in William Shatner's voice because of the spacing.
Fantastic speech Mr Priest I'm 64 still run and do weights and work inspiring words from you.
Thanks for the like who is it?
Awesome vid lee keep these type of vids rolling👍👍
This should be a mandatory watch before you start working out. Lee speaks the truth. If your ever in Tennessee look me up. Moonshine and a 70 GTO is what I can offer😂
LOVE YOU LEE ! 100% PURE COMMON SENSE ! COMMON SENSE TODAY, IS NOT COMMON !!! ALWAYS KEEP IT REAL, REGARDLESS of the OUTCOME
I’m not eating enough. I struggle since getting into my 40s
So much respect for Lee Priest. Such a good human being.
It's all about getting your head right and Lee you're blessed with the ability to convey your message very clearly.
"Walk through that gym door anything else is a bonus.......as long as you don't walk back out." 😂

Good morning Lee, thank you once again for your time and your knowledge on bodybuilding, have a great day.
I love Lee he’s straight to the point and just one of those guys you’d want to hang out with/be around.
Excellent content as usual Lee , thanks ( Hello from Scotland 🏴 )
This is bonza gold. You couldn't get better down to earth advice from anywhere.
My medical issues actually drove me to bodybuild. Progressing past my peers is a living dare to at least try. Despite having direct impediments still I lift and since I lift, I gain.
He's awesome. Great motivation video. People give up a lot. Very true.
Thanks Lee! This was needed! 👍
Thank u Lee that's the best thing I've heard in a long time on RUclips, I hope I can apply it as I've been out of action for a few months with a really bad patch of my mental health (emotional disregulation disorder & PTSD ) Had meds altered and seeing phycologist. Please keep the videos goin
Well said as always Lee, the secret to success without hard work will always be a secret. Life is always perfect in everyone’s photos on social media, they don’t post the difficult bad stuff
Thanks Lee you are the real deal wish the whole world could hear your speeches too many people have to many excuses & give up before they even start on their body transformation goals or any goals they want to achieve!! Keep the videos coming TY!!
That's a great video Lee. Lots of great wisdom.👍
Solid advice no bs love Lee
Very well said Lee, you always deliver it the way it should be said, i always watch your videos i dont really comment much, my 18 year old son started going to the gym when he was 16, he had self doubt to start with, so i kept telling him Patience, he is so dedicated to the gym, he would go if their was an apocalypse, but he has the right mindset, and his body is showing it.
Great words of wisdom 👍
Lee, you are a inspiration and just one heck of a guy. The only source one needs for all things training. Thank you for your open and honest personality, in a world of fakes its truly refreshing.
Loved this video man! Lee priest is real af. He tells you the hard truth, but is still nice.
Yes, Lee! That’s when you start the cycle!!!
Wise bodybuilder, one of the Greats.
Thank u Lee very true I appreciate u giving your time to teach and mostly give the get up try don't doubt it doesn't help lesson for life ..thank u😊
What an awesome video
Thanks Lee for the no nonsense advice...I truly enjoy your videos!
Thank you Lee needed this
Good video 👍
Well said sir.
Awesome Mate.........
Keeping it real as always.
My gym mate got stuck on 120 X5 on bench and he couldn't get pass. He was putting more weight training hard and still couldn't get more. I simply told him how to do deload and rest. Now he's flying 140 for 5 👌🏻
Preach! 🙏
Very well said. I've been training for 38 years now. Spot on Lee.
Great words Lee, 🙏
I like all your no nonsense advice Lee. I been training for almost 3 years, I’m almost 42 now. I haven’t got a great physique at all , but I’m am aiming to progress on all lifts & I have. After speaking to a few body builders , there all saying around 10 years to get a good physique and look
Different to average Joe! That made me feel better also lol. I also take a lot of advice from John heart , who always speaks highly of you 👍
We need these wise advices from these old experienced guys! Very important!
This is great lee thank you 👏🏻
Honest Lee ... always a joy to listen to your gems. Some of the most genetically blessed I met, didn't appreciate what they had, some didn't even train! Life isn't always fare.
Lee Priest my favorite bodybuilder of all times,,that should have won the Olympia at least once,, but anyway I’m glad he’s doing well and keeping it self real as always.👍👍👍
Great advice lee
Lee is so down to earth. And is actually a great philosopher.
Thanks Lee
Your awesome man greetings from Sweden 😊
Well said Lee, you make me proud to be Australian who lives in Philippines
6:00 Never regretted a gym session, but regretted the drive home many times
I love your thinking Lee it will never fail in life!
I really think Lee has to be THE most down to earth, logical, wise, REAL, say it as it is, honest, no bullshit but also hilariously dry humoured bodybuilder ever.
Lee is just as much a legend for what he represents as what he did in the gym and on stage
Great words of wisdom & encouragement backed up by years of experience & knowledge. If you can take onboard just some of what Lee says & put it into practise you'll do well in life as well as the gym.
You don't need to follow countless bodybuilders & fitness experts, just listen to Lee & a few other well respected individuals, Dorian yates being another great example of being straight up & telling how it is.
I have only been training for 5years snd only now starting yo see small differences
Maaaan.. Love this guy :)
Making me laugh. Appreciate the simplicity of it all. Back to basics.
Top man. 👍🏽
Damn 100% real. Listen and implement.
More vids like this from Lee. It feels like hes letting his true self out rather than getting irritated and pissed off.
that right my bro
Take it from Le Priest! I had shoulder pain and I learned from it!
The most no bs bodybuilding legend out there.
BASED❤
MacDonalds after the gym
He'll yeah, you'll get big as hell doing that lol
Ya see how big his arms are...It has to be working...
Sound advice Lee
When I first started Gym I thought 5 0r 6 days was about right if you wanted to gain some decent size,
After few months I started losing weight then all of a sudden my strength decreased alot.
Guy from the gym told me I was well and truly over training now Im training 2 days a week sometimes 3 my strength returned and I've put on size. I only train 1 hr or just over .high reps and only lift heavy every 3 weeks to maintain strength this is working fine for me .
Hi Lee. Please attach a link on where I can find that t-shirt. Much love from your fans in Canada.
100% agree lee I'm your generation.
