Omg! when you said "Devil" it reminded me of Anna Faris in "House Bunny" remembering names! Ha! "NATALIE" ....Story sharing is hard.I keep telling myself stories are meant to be told!Thank you for sharing this.
Haha, I never saw that but I LOVE Anna Faris! That is a comedy I take it? Indeed, stories are meant to be told. You know I enjoy my story privately so much that I had to ask myself, "Do I really need to publish this, or should I keep it all to myself?" and that very stories-are-meant-to-be-told thing is what made me decide to publish. lol ^^
Awesome! I loved hearing this. Maybe you should just make Dell (Like that?) what you said. He's there just to pick the locks and once his use is up well he's kicked out one way or another. ;)
Good idea, I can "retire" him from the story. ^^ I'm pretty sure that can happen in novels, especially the ones with a LOT of characters. I specifically remember it happening in the rpg games I played on playstation. ^^
The thing is, I love fantasy books that have elves, and most of all, fae folk. I just love them I don't know why, but in recent years I feel like a phony cause I don't often find books that I like with fairies/faeries in them? However just you talking about your OCs like this has made me so excited, then deflated cause darn it I wanna read this story. I wanna read it so bad XD I like your dedication to a character you're on the bench with, though. When I cannot connect with a particular individual, I use them once, like a 1 arc character, then scrap them, or remove them entirely. I always want to bond with my characters even if they are super side-side. But I like dedication, sticking to something you don't reeaally like but trying to make it work. I like how you styled each doll so far, and how you've named them. Names always stick out, so I really appreciate speaking and reading good names, and all of your dolls have them, how is that possible. For the longest time I've really wanted a Fairyland Roke but omg he's so itty bitty compared to your other SDs
Omg, thank you for your comment! I think I am the same as you as far as trying to find good books, I am really bummed about literally not being able to read anything because every book I read runs me off for one reason or another! :/ I guess one reason why I write my own is so that I can show how I would write a fantasy! And I really hope that my never-ending passion for my own story will make it a good work for other people to read too. I am soooo anal about elves and how they should be that I always have long teeth about reading books about elves for fear that I will get angry when I read it lol! ^^ But I am so excited to hear that you are interested in my ideas, I hope you will check back now and then and catch my news when my book has been published. I can promise that it will be, as I am seriously writing--it's not just a hobby for me. Haha, maybe I should learn something from you actually, and just get rid of the characters that are no longer needed. ^^ I hope you will approve of the names of the actual characters, because they are different than the doll names. I do really enjoy naming things! I even named my mom's two cats and most of her birds LOL. Yep, Roke is only 65 cm. This height works for his character, but he could be smaller. I'm going to tell you a secret, when I played Oblivion, I based my Oblivion character on his character, and I thought it was awesome and hilarious to have him as a woodelf, looking up at everyone else, so I made it like this in the book LOL! ^^
The Doll Scholar Exactlyyyyy! I feel the same too (cept a bit more anal when it comes to fae, but I love elves too). I think when you really believe in something, the results reward your passion. I am super on edge with subscribing to people cause I tend to be that bad subscriber who has a hard time keeping up with new videos, but I've been on a binge with your videos since my comment, so I'm definitely going to subscribe, and watch constantly, for the dolly content, progress on your story and most of all, your refreshing humor >w< Hahaha nooo,I was going to ask you for writing advice XD I am the horrible OC mama, in olden days I would be a king who beheads people just cause he didn't like 'em. I probably wouldn't mind, I mean, if all your doll names came out great, your other names are probably gonna be pretty awesome-sauce too. Heck I'm pretty sure those names you gave to your mom's pets were great too XD Omg intentionally short characters are my jam, I have this thing where I REALLY love height differences, I don't know why but every single time height differences are mentioned I just go gaga. My fond memories of Oblivion reminds me of the woodelves and I just had such a laugh imagining it. As if I didn't already have a soft spot for your Roke already OTL
Oh yes, originally fairies are my most favorite fantasy creature, and I have stern rules for them too lol. Mine are wispy spirit things rather than an actual "race." But speaking of "fae" I'm really embarrassed to admit this and you can shun me if you want, I will understand completely, but I DID happen to enjoy this one book series a few years ago, it was the latest incident of me enjoying a book in a long time! I am soooooooooooo embarrassed, but it was a silly fantasy-romance series called "Lord of the Fading Lands." I am soooo sorry LOL! But anyway, it was the first book I read that introduced me to the "fae" as an elf-like race with a kingdom and social structure (unlike my fairies). There was actually a LOT wrong with the book and how it was written, and if I could I would have that author put the book through a HUGE wash-rinse-repeat cycle to fix and polish it up because it totally hooked me and I believe it deserves to become better. For one it doesn't need to be romance genre lol. But anyway.... Aw, thank you for your support! And if you want advice, just ask. I only have that face-up book published right now, no novels, but i read nothing but "how to write..." books so by now there should be something floating around in my head that I can pass on lol. ^^ And please remember that I am open to whatever tips you might have for me. So just say whatever you want, I am really hard to offend! :D And I know what you mean about keeping up with videos, I am subscribed to a lot of channels, and I can't keep up with all of them either lol. ^^
You made me giggle, love it ^^ and possessed or not I would jump Dee lol. And love the insight in the characters without feeling like you spilled your whole story ^^ And I will reply myself, even though my chars aren't dolls ... yet XD
Ok, I would love to hear about your story. :-) Yeah you know, since I'm bad at explaining my story on the spot, I did not make note that a ton of women want to jump D's bones and he has to beat them off with a stick lol. I thought it would be fun irony to have a hot guy character that is celibate but highly sought after lol. :-) Though his situation is very serious.
also, D has the bad boy vibe which only gets worse with possession going on. Like "oh he's good looking - oh he possessed by bad spirit and may kill me in my sleep?!! HELLUUU HOT STUFF BOING BOING!"
+Ravica Art Haha, yes you are right! I've been interested to talk to you about writing--I saw your video about erotic fiction. Truthfully, I probably cant handle your writing style lol. But I do like erotic themes in novels. I like lots of tension (*cough* sexual tension *cough*), but I dont really connect to the high definition sex scenes that are appearing in modern literature lol, I still like for things to be handled artfully and indirectly. I'll probably talk about this stuff in a video eventually. What I really like is violence and misery LOL! So do you do comic books or...?

+Ravica Art Yes that's right! I hardly told you anything, and you are getting the point. This gives me confidence. :-)
yeah I really feel connected after this tag. I think we have equally dark minds ... except for me drawing a lot more porn XD
