Brilliant - had struggled to set up Power Automate to extract data table from PBI - now sorted thanks to your guidance with hourly generated csv refreshed file! Thanks
Excellent your video! I was able to export all the data but a column with date had a long format even though the format of the date in the dashboard was short. Do you know how to fix it?
Hi, this is amazing, just wonder how to export only the selected parts of my report to PDF. Like i have a report to show clients, but I dont want to show the whole thing to them
Hello! Thank you for this - I'm trying it out however, the extract is being limited to around 16k rows. Would you be able to know if there are any factors that may be making this?
This helps me a lot! thank you :) I just have one question, can I modify the header name? I don't want to show the data table and only need the field name to be in the excel header.
Awesome:- But how to crack below When we export the file and explore it, it's giving the raw table column names not the custom names. When I tried to add one more step as "Select" and give the custome name for column, it's working for only the columns of table but not for any measures which is used in table. Please help me how to include measure names in "Select" statement and rename it
Hi - I created the flow my table contains 31k rows, but flow is exporting on 13k? Not sure why? I tried creating another flow for different table which contains 39k rows, but flow exported only 11k. Can you please suggest something?
I'm having trouble getting this to work -- I have the table filtered certain ways to exclude parameters by default, of the 290K records that should be exporting, only 39K are exporting -- No rhyme or reason any suggestions?
If we ask any difficult questions like: we want to filter the data and based on that data in the table should change and then export it through the power automate, they will definitely try not to reply on such questions. This is the hypocrisy of these so-called RUclipsrs
I'm getting this error below, anyone know how to fix it? "{"error":{"code":"PowerBIFeatureDisabled","pbi.error":{"code":"PowerBIFeatureDisabled","parameters":{},"details":[{"code":"DetailsMessage","detail":{"type":1,"value":"'DatasetExecuteQueries' is not enabled for the tenant."}}],"exceptionCulprit":1}}}"

Can users download the csv file for more than 150k rows
Thanks for the video Bro... It's very helpful 👍
My pleasure
Good I like

Thank you much. But this isn’t dynamic based on your currently applied filters to the table, correct?

Can we do this with slicers?
good video, any idea why its restricting it to 100K for me?
Excellent video!! Can I export 500,000 rows with this method?
Yes !
"Run query against a dataset" has a limit of 100,000 rows or 1M registers. Did you know?
Same. How can we export a table with more than 100,000 rows?
Can I export the data more than 1,50,000 rows
This query only allows 100,000 rows to be exported. How can I export the whole dataset with more than 100,000 rows?
How can I export the data based on real time slicers and selection user do in power bi report?
helllo @nikhil1888 have you found a way? im in a similar situation and having trouble doing so
Run a query against dataset showing error.

Were you able to figure it out?
can you plese give me the Dataset

What is your output file size..
Is it exceeding 15mb .. then I believe we can only export 15 file size
Yup, for me as well. I'm having record 180K, but as a output only 30K is exported. :(
@@vivekkarthik4127 use loop and try if it helps
The same thing happens to me, only 39k of 112000 are exported, did you find a solution?
What if we apply multiple slicers?
It will export what ever you see on the table.
If apply multiple slicer results are different each time

How can we do this with recurrence ?? Monthly refresh ? 🙂
Per month ..power BI data should be exported automatically !😢 Plz someone help
In power automate schedule the task to run every month.
These RUclipsrs only solve easy problems and publish those videos only.

It looks like the admin has disabled Dataset execute queries. Your IT team can help you enable that for you.
