Erlking’s Dullahan features a more horse-like structure, while Erlcliff’s mount resembles more like a wolf. The sword that Erlking wields is red while Erlcliff’s is purple. His Identity Story also mentions hacking off the arm of the young master, which points to Edgar Gregor as he mentioned having his arm getting destroyed by a “wolf” and having it replaced with his bug arm, implying that he comes from a different mirror world. Basically, Erlcliff heavily resembles Erlking, but they are still technically two different entities.

I think the text says it should be capped at 50 sp though, so maybe it's bugged and accidentally uncapped.
