    Thank you for using the language “ he struggles with addiction” vs “ he’s an addict” … we don’t say “he is a cancer” its a health issue not a character problem. People struggling with addiction can at times, and those really sucked into it,so unethical things to support the addiction.
    Elizabeth, so glad to hear another update! And so happy for you and your husband and baby and the sobriety you two have embraced. ❤🙏🏼❤

    Idk lying in marriage is the one thing that simply destroys a relationship. I’ve been married for 23 years and out of ALL our many problems dishonesty is the hardest to come back from. I feel terrible for his wife because she will never be able to trust him again.
    Just realized that this pos cheated on his wife after he betrayed her financially. Good grief what a crap loser.

    What? Rural speak? No, I have lived in the sticks forever as well as raised 8 boys and never once have I heard the “who wants to shoot mom”. The bird thing, of course, but they’re too young to be playing independently any way. The shooting mom thing is way too weird though and worrisome.

    Oof, I was involved with a builder like that. We were buyers who got the short end of the stick in the Ponzi scheme. $400K later, our house is almost done, and we are so lucky we found our way out of the situation so we didn’t end up owning a million dollar pile of Lincoln logs.
    When we discovered the extent of the problem, we went back and listened to our recorded phone calls with our builder, and we were shocked at the extent this man would lie to us and the intricacy of his lies. If he had just come clean sooner, we honestly would have been able to walk away, and there would have been less damage. The FBI ended up getting involved with our builder, and it went downhill from there.
    But, seriously, the lies make a bad situation a catastrophe.

    On the second caller, personally I would NOT go to the parents with what their boy said. If the boy is unbalanced and hears what they said, it might trigger him to do harm onto the girls, mother or their property. Just inform the school and the police as a report. I would not have let my little girls play with an older boy in the first place.
    I see that this happened a year ago. I'd be curious to find out what happened.

    Prison is another great place to see the mental illness and the effects of childhood trauma. How children are treated greatly impacts how they grow up and the choices they make. Not everyone has resilience, they need to be nurtured not abused.

    48:53 Your kids came and away from wrong but they may be too naive and too curious to be able to make good decisions. They are just children. But if your gun is telling you that this young boy is a problem, you always listen to your gutter

    Ryan Reynolds is a good choice. Jesus is a great one. I thought Anthony Bourdain. While a table would be interesting, I’d choose one on ones over a group thing for sure.

    It is shocking to me that people make such a distinction between killing an animal for food vs. hurting an animal for fun. Eating meat is unnecessary for the vast majority of people in the first world. It is just causing needless pain either way, and both should be considered as such.

    • @Mysterious_Moon
      @Mysterious_Moon Год назад +2

      We are animals with higher intellect. But still, animals. Animals from the top, to the bottom, of the food chain inherently understand the conditions of killing. In defense of their life or the pack, and for a food source. We just call it morality. Sounds like you find it necessary to remove, we’ll say, 1/2 an animal’s food source. Not sure anyone would want to see what that animal would do if that happened.

      No matter what you think about eating meat if somebody kills an animal for food or for fun is a HUGE difference because it says somethig about their character. If people, even kids, kill animals for fun you have to watch out because they might be psychopaths and/or sadists.
