- This a favorite time of year for many. Christmas. New Years. Year-end. This time of year, we have family come into town and we eat… A LOT of food. We cater a lot of meals. People come in and out of the house for WEEKS! Today, we had enough BBQ brought in to feed an army. For dinner, the masses picked up pizza (I am not a fan of “said” pizza establishment). That’s fine, we have lots of BBQ meat… wait, isn’t there a sandwich with multiple meats…

So I took it a little further and grabbed more than just TWO meats. It was delicious. I would suggest you try this approach. Grab a BUNCH of meat, chop it up, grab your favorite BBQ sauce and toast that bun!

HOW TO
1. Take all your leftover meat into a pile
2. De-bone meat
3. Chop all meat
4. Mix all meat
5. Toast bun
6. Heat chopped meat
7. Glaze with BBQ sauce
8. Enjoy
