Do we use this, or MS Teams? I think MS Teams wiki is weak compared to confluence. But MS teams seems to win on the fact that we can fire up a live discussion (chat/voice) which is even more dynamic that leaving messages on a confluence space, and havign receivers be notified, and coming back to respond in their own time.

It's a good question, and really the context of the organization matters. We'd want to understand which problems we're trying to solve so the best solution can be recommended. Our team members have seen organizations using both Confluence + MS Teams in harmony. They work marvelously together.

Bla-bla-bla - as a new user - it's not giving me direction on "how" to build things - just strictly promoted product info - who cares ?

Hi Elvira, if you are a beginner to Confluence, I would recommend attending our Confluence Boot Camp (expium.com/confluence-boot-camp) where we cover how to build out your Confluence space with best practices in mind. General overview videos like these are helpful for teams to see what's possible out of the box.
