Permanent DST sounds good, because you forget how dark it is in the morning, because you think of the extra daylight in the Afternoon, so if it’s light at 7:30am and dark at 4:30pm you forget that DST would mean 8:30am daylight and 5:30pm dark, your getting the same amount of light as before…

It’s just us changing the clocks
I wake up at 7:30am and it’s dark in December
That will be 8:30am during DST
