depending what is defined as a signing the contract in contract itself (literally you can "sign" it by writting there "f**k you" but if its will be proven that its really your writting,you did technically signed it,a enighbour did so and got screwed...so based on this the devil can call for an expert to prove it is johnny´s blood and if its in the contract a viable contract signing,...)

Peter Fonda’s performance in this is insane. He has this enchanting way of speaking. I also love the work they did with how they light him in his shots. That shot with him backlit in the door of the tent is very intimidating.
I never noticed before that Johnny raises his arm and points at Mephisto just like the Spirit of Vengeance points at villains as he casts judgement

Peter Fonda was a pitch perfect version of Scratch. The effect of him walking and his silhouette was visible but Johnny was distracted so that he didn’t c it.

From watching this movie I learned that even a deal with the devil may look like a one sided deal to the devil's advantage due to his lies and trickery but there's always a way to redeem yourself from such a deal it's never hopeless like the devil likes you to think it's hopeless as long as you believe that he always wins but like johnny blaze even he beat the devil in his own game he out thought him and used those evil powers for good so you see there's always a way out of his dirty deal you just have to figure it out and you can beat the devil in his own game that's what I call redemption

I loved this movie. Although, if it followed the comic version; some other actor for example Kurt Russell could've portrayed Roxanne's dad, the man named 'Crash' Simpson.

This scene makes me imagine that in Marvel Spider-Man 2, someone else sells her soul to the Devil(Mephisto). And that person is Hailey Cooper. But the Devil also gives her hearing. Also, the Devil would tell Hailey: "Forget about friends, forget about family, forget about love, forget about deafness. You're mine, Hailey Cooper."
But she sells her soul in a good way. I mean, she becomes a hero, not an anithero. And also, she forgets about her deafness, but not about love, her friends and not even about family and she'll use non-lethal force against her enemies, which mean she spares every single one of them. And when the Devil tells her to give him back the power of the Ghost Rider, Hailey refuses and she uses it against him, but she still spares him.
I would of ask for a refund of the soul…
