Yes, I am in therapy, It really helps me, I started going when I was in my 20s and I would recommend it to everyone, I am the happiest I have ever been, but things aren't always perfect, I still have to work on communication in relationships and also get anxiety every now and then, I really like what you shared about positive self talk, that happens to me too but then I remind myself that its just simply a thought

The DIVA CUP! Girl, I switched a year ago and I will never go back. Getting it adjusted the first time was a little tricky but it's been smooth sailing ever since.
if you're afraid of the menstrual cup, definitely try the flexcup! I always said I would literally NEVER be reaching up there and pulling a full cup out bc it seemed like a recipe for disaster, but I tried the flex cup because it has a pull tab similar to a tampon and will literally never go back lol it's so much more convenient (esp for us forgetful neurodivergent girlies lol) and is relatively easy to get used to once you've done it a few times

@@morenomijangos1 you can get different sizes of cups that might hold more. But most likely you’ll just have to dump it more often than someone with a lighter flow. But I would assume it should last a few hours at least! It’s worth trying out for the price I think!
9:13 MENSTRUAL CUPS ARE THE BEST!!!!! I don’t use them all the time, but they are so good. I use one cup for almost the whole day and i don’t leak. Especially if youre heavy flow, still works good.

Okay I never comment on blogs but you have to try the nixit! I highly recommend menstrual discs over cups. I find cups to be messy and they don’t fit everyone, whereas I have never had any issues at all with my disc. You truly cannot feel it at all, it never leaks, and it is good for the environment! I think the hello disc is another option that is similar.
I haven’t tried it yet, but I did a TON of research and heard the flex cup is good for beginners because it has a little loop on the handle for easier removal, plus they have a small size for women who haven’t given birth. Curious to hear your experience if you end up trying one (of whatever brand you choose)!

The OGX coffee body scrub is amazing. Scent actually lingers and it has a very butter and coffee flavor that is so yummy. And the exfoliation was okay, nothing stellar. I forgot that existed!!
Alisha first of all my mood is great second I 1000% recommend getting the Diva Cup! Ive used one for over 3 years now and I absolutely love it you can use it all day so you never have to worry about bleeding through. Just take some time to get used to it and use liners in the beginning!

The Softdisk discs are great! I haven’t tried another brand or the reusable ones but I’m sure they work the same. I would recommend a disk over a cup though, tried that and the pull tab broke and I couldn’t get it out for an hour 😂 also you can have seggsy time with the disks and not the cup and at most you’ll have spotting amounts come out so they’re great. Learning curve on getting them out but I promise it’s easier than the cups 😅
yo, so those black towels, i also got them at target. and idk if they’ll do it for you but i regret them so much lol because theyre sooo linty and shed so much especially when trying to dry off with it. i just get black lint all over me. so now i use them like a floor mat. 😅
