When external territory (art 2) is acquired no constitution amendment is required acc to art 4 but 75th CAA was made when sikkim was made part of India.
What is the difference between guillotine closure and kangaroo closure.
Ye muje clear nhi hui. Plz btayega if possible. Whenever you use Haryana in your lecture I feel special attachment.

Sikkim is not a common state..It was associated state so need an amendment
