jazeerah taylor I don’t freeze my pitcher like I’ve seen in tutorials. I make sure my pitcher is dry and I put my ice in while it’s still frozen. Make sure no water on the ice and turn the blender on high speed. Once the ice is all chopped up I have powdery ice. If your ice is wet or starts to melt what you’re gonna have is slushy type of ice. I use the ninja blender and that makes the best powdery ice. Not the one used in the tutorials, I have both but I like the big blender powdery ice. Hope I answered your question, sorry I misunderstood you previously.
