    How to properly edit a video.
    1.) Remember to always make sound effects two to three times louder than the microphone.
    2.) Make sure the person recording their voice is so quiet they sound like they are on the other side of the room. HINT: This will help with rule #1

It is an awesome one of a kind product for firefighter interview tips without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy finally got cool results with it.

    Some jobs are just that: a job. For example, being a waitress gives you experience handling money, taking orders, and customer service skills. But you may not have any 'achievements' - no cutting of costs or designing of the business. That's real life and you don't discuss the reality of many jobs.

  • @emmanuel1163

    I always found this to be such a pretentious part of the job search. If someone took the time to fill out a paper thats fairly neat and legible and you see the gist of their experience, why does it matter if it omitted a comma, period, or doesnt have the right amount of misc formatting (usually preference) like spacing, and bulletpoints in the right places. Its hard enough to job search as is.

    • @Koeras16
      @Koeras16 6 лет назад +9

      It is indeed the most annoying part about the job search. Filtering based on "emotional impressions" the recruiter has towards what he is reading. But well, our society does value a lot conscientiousness and industriousness. One that does apply to any job, should also invest the time of getting their resume perfect and clean. It is not that big of a deal if you got a social circle that can help. It is a bit difficult to deal with that stuff when you are on your own though. Well Internet is there to educate us, If we desire so.

      It's a lack of attention to detail. If you can't cross your T's and dot your I's then that shows a lack of discipline and attention to detail. Use spell check. Problem solved.

    • @YouArentValid
      @YouArentValid 6 лет назад +8

      It matters because there are other candidates that will, in fact, give that attention to detail. If you're up against 10 other people and you're the only person who didn't use proper punctuation and formatting, you are going to stick out like a sore thumb.

      @emmanuel___ I believe it depends on what you are applying for. If you are applying for a minimum wage job, I wouldn't be (and haven't been) strict on grammatical errors, layout etc... As for management, I do keep in mind the obvious ones. But what I care most is if someone is lying on the resume. I have come across one in 14 years that lied on their resume. He interviewed really well but... yah know... people know people. Just be honest. I've gotten jobs above my skill level because I was dead honest about it being above my skill level but I'm willing to learn.

    I see many times people advising to list accomplishments in the role you performed. Well, many of us don’t have access to that information. ಠ_ಠ I’ve had the same resume set up since high school and I’ve held two job now going on my third plus running my own business in the last ten years.
    One pretty high paying job I was applying for had me in for a interview without even looking at my resume, at this point I’d had two jobs, one being with for 8 years the other for 3 and they asked why my resume was only half a a4 page big and when I told them I’ve had the same job for 8 years and my qualifications are listened under them, they scoffed at me and didn’t get the job instead it went to a kid fresh out of high school because they could pay him $16 an hour to do it instead of my $35.
    My next job which I’m at now loved my pretty basic resume and had me start the day I sent them the resume 👌🏼 sometimes basic is better

    OMFG... Stop treating the whole world follows guidelines in US. Most of the resume she is reviewing is not even American but she is commenting the mistakes according to US rules.
    For eg: in Germany they expect a picture in your resume. Beat that. I was also asked a longer version of the resume by a firm in Germany when I sent a 1 pg resume. I have not even focused on countries like India which are way different that the typical norms in US.
    As always American people assuming everyone follows same rules.

The worst in this video is ‘especially’ which this woman pronounces as ‘espacially’. I don’t know which part of America this comes from, but I always hear it from female RUclips narrators for some reason.

      Number Fifteen; Burger Keng Foot Lettace. The last thing you’d want in your Burger Keng Burger is someone’s foot fungäes. But as it turns out that might be what you gæët. A 4channer uploaded a photoe anonymously to the site showcasing his feet in a plastic bin of lettace. With the statement “This is the lettace you eat at Burger Keng.” Admittedly he had shoes on, but that’s even worse. The post went live at 11:38 pm on July 16 and a mere 20 minutes later the Burger Keng in question was alerted to the rogue employee, at least I hope he’s rogue. How did it happen? Well, the BK employee hadn’t removed the exif data from the uploaded photo, which suggested the culprit was somewhere in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. This was at 11:47. 3 minutes later, at 11:50, the Burger Keng address was posted, with wishes of happy unemployment. 5 minutes later, the news station was contacted by another 4channer. And 3 minutes later, at 11:58, a link was posted. BK’s “Tell Us About Us” online form. The foot photo, otherwise known as Exhibit A, was attached. Cleveland Scene Magazine contacted the BK in question the next day. When questioned, the breakfast shift manager said, “Oh, I know who that is. He’s getting fired.” Mystery, solved, by4 chan, now we can all go back to eating our fast food in peace.
