- Calvin Klein Collection Women's Creative Director, Francisco Costa presented 34 looks that were described as confident, lean, and sculptural. Shapes were reductive and spare with elongated proportions and manipulated seams, while fabrications were rich and glossy.
For his Fall 2010 runway show, Mr. Costa presented a musical composition and sculptural light installation conceived exclusively for the show by Berlin-based Alva Noto aka Carsten Nicolai. The work, entitled "atmosphere," uniquely brought together light and sound with a dramatic effect before and after the models took to the runway. Развлечения
Arguably the BEST minimalist show, ever. Perfection.
The main pioneers of minimalism of the 90s that Phoebe Philo constantly references are Jil Sander, Helmut Lang, and Calving Klein. Calvin Klein was legendary in the 90s for amazing minimalism, and Francisco Costa is reviving that.
Music by Alva Noto..this is beautiful

Oh my God. I cannot believe I just saw your comment. You couldn't be farther from the truth. Francisco Costa has been designing "minimalism" designs way before Pheobe Philo even was considered for Celine, in fact when Pheobe's first design were coming out they were compared very much to Franciso Costa's and Nicolas Ghesquiere's designs. I will agree with you about Jil Sander being an amazing minimalist designer, she basically made it cool but not Pheobe at Celine.
My birthday
