- www.lovepedal.c... The Lovepedal Bonetender is a compact pedal with a unique approach to the coveted 3 transistor fuzz that had Page, Beck and Ronson blowing some minds in the late 60's. The simple controls, volume on the left and gain on the right, let you dial in that early MKII fuzztone with a raw nature and prominent midrange voice plus heavier muff style tones with thick compression thanks to the pedal's generous amount of gain. The Bonetender's stable circuit is responsive to changes you make on your guitar, you can take it down to a slight bluesy breakup and then let it rip with thick, singing sustain by turning your guitar's volume knob. Plus, the high amount of output available can push your amp further into tube shaking overdrive. And just like all Lovepedal designs, the Bonetender is handmade in the USA and uses true bypass switching.
The Doors, Norman Greenbaum, QOTSA all in one video? Awesome!
Okay, I have to say I think this pedal deserves a much bigger buzz. I got mine a couple of months ago and surprisingly, it's one of the best fuzz / distortion pedals I've ever owned. It's incredibly noise-free and focused, which makes it ideal for stacking with another pedal and it has tons of output on tap. I barely keep it at 9 o'clock until it starts boosting the amp too much. I've owned lots of fuzz pedals before but this one is my favorite so far. All it needs is an EQ and perhaps more gain or a degradation knob to make it more woolly-sounding if it needs to be.
Thanks, Andy, for this now vintage demo. Found me a used Bonetender on Reverb. Love it!
One must admire that Andy makes a fuzz pedal sounds nice with humbucker or single coils and through a Femder amp (started researching fuzzes and found ou a lot of people making up rules such as FF and muffs through Marshall amps and bender fuzzes through voxes)
Yet again, Andy, You come back another day and do no wrong.
I know that God is on this video
Andy doin "God is in the Radio" by QOTSA & Andy doin Ronson doin "Width of a Circle"?!? DAMN!!
The segue from “Spirit In The Sky” to “God Is In The Radio” was SICK!
Thank you so much for that God is in the Radio riff
That QOTSA, Norman Greenbaum medley was tasty.
Ohhh you did it again! QOTSA @ 2:36
What a superb fuzz... Gotta get me one!
Perfect song picks as always.
Double stops sound incredible through this thing.
pink strat wins everything everywhere ever
amen
The Doors - Hello, I love you
Is he playing without a pick? Seems hard to me, but it sounds always great! I also love the frequency of qotsa songs in these videos!
Andy, your right hand finger technique is World-class. Are your nails made of Adamantium?
Vibranium
Andy the way you talking represent a professional gears man, and its really nice to hear u speaking 👍
My next bands sooo gonna be called, "The Bonetender's!"
I imagined a little angel and a little devil on Andy's shoulders for spirit in the sky into god is in the radio... Looks like qotsa won. Sounding great
Gives me all those Jimmy vibes!
Andy, you're a fantastic guitarist! Are you playing in a band anywhere?
Keep the videos coming...

God Is In The Radio.. Yesss!
God is in the radio, yeah
ROCK ON
Awesome! I want one. Always loved the tonebender sound, but you forgot to play the ultimate lick: The Yardbirds 'Over Under Sideways Down'
God is in the Radio by QotSA!
Sounds great and you don't have to deal with special pain in the ass power supplies.
@ProGuitarShopDemos what kind of Strat is that?? What's the setup? (pickups, etc...) thanks
Hear my plea PGS, could we please have an AB comparison of the Soulbender and the Bonetender?
I need a fuzz pedal that's compatible with a crybaby wah. Does this one qualify? Any suggestions?
Mick Ronson kicked so much ass-- and the trusty PGS favourite DRRi sounds as fantastic as ever. I've been able to play out of a few, and they're definitely up there with plexi's as iconic workhorse legends. I was wondering if anyone knows of a small watt combo with similar tone and attributes. They're plenty of
Princeton?
Yeah, I've forgotten about those. Shame they're about 1k. Even after some mods and a loudspeaker upgrade the Class 5 is less than $700. I'm basically thinking of a "Fender Sounding" version of that.
***** If you can find a RIvera Era Fender, I'd go for one of those, sounds like it'll suit your needs, and not as expensive as a blackface, or blackface reissue
How much mods and upgrades has your DRRI amp had? Its quite impressive sounding not as thin as I remember.
+Brian Cullen It's stock. He plugs into the vibrato channel.
What is that strat?? And where can i buy it??
WHERE CAN I BUY?!
Come back...another day...and do no wrooong
nice
qotsa! nice
Sounds a A lot like a Dover Drive.
And the moral of this magic tale
Negotiates my high
When Andy did take my logic for a ride
Ridin' along...
married!
TAKE MY MONEY!!!
No...seriously...how much and when will I be able to buy one from you?
What is name of the first song?
Whats the song he plays first? (Or the riff at the end of the very first section)
Spirit in the Sky by Norman Greenbaum
Dan Hazen Not that the bit before it... 1:02 what song is it? Or is there another song that uses that riff cos it sounds so familiar.
Kurt Nicholson "Hello, I Love You" by The Doors
Sounds like Mr. Moustache by Nirvana
It's deffinetely a 60s/70s song ( i think) but not either of those. Its almost the same riff as mr moustache but played alot slower.
Too bad it doesn't show how it sounds with the gain al the way down.
People use fuzz's on low gain?
sounds like a cheap amp
