Guy paid 29.5 million 3/2023 and now is listing it for 47 million good luck. That house is in N Fort Lauderdale not near anything or anywhere you wanna be. You can’t land a helicopter on the roof against city ordinance. You can only dock a smaller boat and for 47 million can buy much bigger houses with bigger dockage for much larger yachts down south.
So bitter. Who hurt you? Not like you can afford it anyway

It's just the listing price, ultimately it will only sell for what someone is willing to pay for it, he could list it for a gazillion dollars and it wouldn't matter much.
My bet is it'll sell for around $35m if its built well

It's worth to a potential buyer whatever they think it's worth or are willing to pay. They're not going by what you think it's worth.
