100%, I've tried watching their other content and it really doesnt stick, the gym content is probs the best you are gonna get out of twitch because it involved a lot of people outside of the OTK sphere

Schooled, streamer awards, even the spanish events by ibai are extremely entertaining and it shows with the millions of people who watch live. Generally i also follow literally anything ludwig and his media company does

best ad would be the 1 mill free memberships. just make it a 1 month membership. that will spread awareness fast and after a month is up your good to start making that sweet revenue from increased sales

Advertising has nothing to do with the location of the customer. The point in advertising is to have as many eyes see it as possible. Streamer awards is their best chance to advertise to their general audience.

Does extraemily have a piece of the gym or even is just an employee? She is in so many ironforge vids and seems to be pretty hands on. Early in the video she says "oh the cable is here" and leaves the room quickly. I mean I get being helpful to a friend and streaming from a fellow otk members gym but somebody texting you on your phone, telling you that the cables guy is there and rushing to deal with it sounds at the very least like manager energy if not co-owner.
