There is no hostility to business if you follow the law. The fact is as Kevin O'Leary admitted, too many submit false financial statements, which is a violation of Executive Law 63(12). All other businesses that don't get damaged because the lose profits and in some cases are out of business. The fact is this is never acceptable, Kevin brought all businesses into probable cause for investigation.
