I bought 2 albums for Gaho (soloist) and won a signed album/polaroid + vid call event. To hear you didn't win the fansign with 300 albums is really sad (but also stray kids are of course way bigger fanbase)
I can't believe you didn't get in with 300 albums ㅠㅠ, I failed with the noeasy fansign too but with 64 albums. I got incredibly lucky with the christmas evel fansign though and I never would have imagined so never give up! Love your videos~

I died when you “look how much changbin i have left like justice for changbin” because it’s so true, changbin is my bias and I rarely see changbin stans on social media. I wish I can buy like photo cards, trade pc, or even sell them but my family definitely won’t let me do that which I’m upset because I definitely want to collect pc of my biases of the groups I Stan. But it can be hard when I live in an area that doesn’t have any store that sells albums that I don’t have yet.😞 I totally agree on you #justiceforchangbin I even see that most people selling/trading skz photocards. They can barely sell or trade a changbin pc. Love changbin as much as I love your videos😊❤️

Really does suck that you still didn't get the fansign slot.... Every time my ult group has album preorders up, I have a weird scramble to find a slot somewhere in a GO with my preferred member still available (they are a lesser known group). Usually a good amount of Asia GOs and other locations are limited to like 1 set or few that I am late to the party for. Makes me want to host a GO myself and for a better chance to have a fansign slot but at the same time, I definitely don't think I could handle the process without another brain. And I'm not in a really good financial footing to try.
Hi! I was wondering what clear stand tray you used for pc sorting was called? Had a svt GO for 150+ albums and that would've been so much easier than spreading all 13 members x 2pc x 3 vers of pc out x.x
i’ve been debating on doing a group order for a few months but it looks like so much work. also would people even join since i don’t have any go proofs ?? i really want to do one though to get into a fansign or to have a higher chance of getting a polaroid.
Everyone starts somewhere! If you have any trade/sale proofs that may be good enough for some people to join your GO! After you open a couple of times (especially if you do the same group constantly) the same joiners will keep coming back and telling their friends about your GOs! It takes a few times but eventually you can grow to be a decent sized go manager!

Just wondering how do you do photocard sorting order? Is it by initial form submission or do you make a sorting form later to determine the order?
I normally do it by second payment submission order!
I've always wondered this since getting into selling/trading photocards, but why do you do PayPal transactions through F&F only? From my time in artist communities, it's highly discouraged you do that, and against PayPal ToS to have people buy things from you through F&F and to make buyers cover PayPal fees, and it can get your PayPal shut down. Would it also not be easier to create an invoice template and do it that way? I've been thinking about running GOs in the future but I get nervous seeing people use F&F on PayPal for this stuff.

i have a question about the fansign! is it usual that if youre the group order manager, you automatically get to go on the fansign if one gets picked (so the opportunity is not given to one of those who ordered with the group)? just curious, thanks!! great vid super interesting to see the process :)
just answer on behalf if you do not mind. ^^
basically for group order, if the manager want to enter the fansign, they should mention that beforehand so that the joiners know that the albums are bought for manager's fansign application. so that joiners will not misunderstood incase the manager wins the fansign.
if the joiners themselves want to join the fansign but through the group order, they also should inform the manager so that the manager can apply for the joiners instead. which this situation is like asking help instead. so if the joiners win the fansign, they will get informed directly from the website (eg: subk) because the joiners use their information to enter the fansign (with the help of group order manager). oh ya, for this situation the amount of albums are depends on the joiners' albums that they bought, not the whole group order's albums btw.

Yes that’s correct! I always include in my descriptions that I’m applying for a fansign with the albums from the GO but some people host GOs and then raffle off the chance to one of the joiners!

Yes! It is where a bunch of people buy through one person to save on shipping and increase their chances of getting the photocard pulls you want!

When u buy multiple albums from the same artist what do you do w the dubles? Do you sell them?
Because it's from a group order this means that most of the albums aren't hers but have been brought buy other people via her. This can be so they can get the members they want and also so they can help her have more of a chance of getting into a fansign.
If you are not asking about group orders in particular then I've seen on her Instagram that if she buys her own album and pulls a member she doesn't collect then she would either trade for the member she wants or sells it one her instagram.

Cuz I’ve been to her ig and I’ve only seen that she sells /trades photocards.
@@christianmora5938 many people who buy multiple copies of the same version of a kpop album (probably for their photocard collection) sell the copies online for a reduced price without photocards
