Former name was SLAVES, and had Jonny Craig as the lead vocalist until 2019 and then they got Matt who is absolutely incredible. Been a SLAVES fan for years. But this album is just a masterpiece from start to finish. And I'm so stoked for their new album and to see them in October. I don't do concerts, but I'm sure this one will be fantastic
This came on Pandora and that’s how I was introduced to Rain City Drive! So glad I heard this song! It’s on my top 3 all time!! I got this bad boy on repeat, it’s like every word is hitting with how things are going.

I remember watching Matt Mcandrew (lead singer) on The Voice and always thought he had a killer voice. This type of music suits his voice so well.
Rain City Drive reminds me of Hands Like Houses in so far as that they're a band that has crossover appeal and could become huge to a mainstream audience. The best way is to get on late-night talk shows like Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon, Jonathan Ross or Graham Norton.

I only first heard of Rain City Drive for the first time a few days ago when they opened for DGD at Pier 17 and when they opened with Blood Runs Cold, I instantly fell in love with them!

Underrated song for real
It's cool to see the progress. I know people want to stop comparing to the old SLAVES but it's hard not to. When Craig left and the new lineup came into play, they had sounded like they were trying to copy, or almost continue where old SLAVES left off, this is cool coming back after a while and seeing that they have finally found their own sound. Good shit.

Since I don't normally listen to this emotional side of metal (more into INK and Bad Omens), I wasn't aware that I had heard this band before (prior to them being rebranded) and fell in love with this song. Now my Bad Omens station on Pandora plays this almost every hour 😂
