His name is pronounced Pung Jwin Shoe, not Pang June Soo. The commentators have gotten better, but ought to consult someone who knows basic Chinese.

As for basic Chinese, I’m not sure that exists. Which Chinese dialect does he use? What’s the transliteration of his dialect?

The black is worth 7 points, so with a 58 - 50 lead, the frame is in the bag. With only the black on the table, Ronnie would have to scratch or miss on the black for a 4 point penalty. If he declines to continue playing (i.e. giving Pang the next shot), Pang would not have a realistic means to snooker Ronnie.
The rules do not require the final black to be potted if the player at the table is leading by 8 or more points.
Ronnie cannot loose even single frame.just to complete the numbers of frames and to make tournament more interesting as directed by the authorities.ronnie looses frames.
