OSRS Rogues Chest - Feb 2024 Buff - 300k Xp/h 3M GP/H - Safety 0 Risk Strat

I think these are quite good, they required 84 thieving and Wildy Hard Diary gives +25% loot quantity.
Jagex official rate is 200k exp per hour which is wildly incorrect, these are ~300k optimally and well above 200k.
Bring a Locator Orb and stay at 1 hp. Use the Player Indicator plugin and if a team logs in, take protect from melee off. This should result in a PvM death and your items will go to gravestone.

This is great but only for pkers who aren't prepared. Because if one logs in while you're looting a chest, you cannot turn off prayer until 1 tick after you stop looting. I tried this method tonight and got pked 4/5 times still. Got away twice, died eight.

If a pker logs in you turn off protect melee and it's a pvm death if no player attacks you.
