I'm seeing lots of similar questions, so I'll just give some answers here:
Chigusa's HSR streams before this one were 2 sponsored streams. Her first sponsored stream was just playing a bit of the beginning (3:06 in this clip is where she stopped originally), and in her second sponsored stream, she was given a special account to play a bit of penacony. She stopped right before entering the dreamscape area so she never experienced Belobog and Xianzhou Loufu at this time.
I assume since it's been about 7 months since she played the beginning part, and she didn't get that far anyways, she decided to make a new account to do a quick recap and then go back to her main account (That's why she switches from Stelle to Caelus). Hopefully that clears things up!
so that's why, i was really confuse when she play as caelus in her later stream
She's the perfect player for these games, honestly lol

@@raken69 it’s something I really like about JP streamer-chat dynamics in general. When I’m watching EN Twitch streamers, their chats just constantly try to get the streamers attention and always start some random off topic stuff. It’s just not for me

She made a new account to replay the beginning and then switched back to her main account. (The account she used when she streamed a bit of penacony was a special account for the sponsor.)
