Going to give this a try ! I screwed up on the right rear number plate on my sons 50, didn’t lay right from the start. He just got a new 110, so I bought a full kit this time . Going to do them all this weekend!
That's a smart option, just order new plate plastics with the graphics already installed. Then you can just swap out plates real quick when you race different series that require different numbers.
Honestly he is terrible at fitting graphics, no need to get it in a mess and stretch it all out with Heat , line it up and work it slowly one way and they go on perfect.
The absolute best way is to remove the parts you are putting graphics on and then place them on the part with the backing still on. Once you have it in the right place, tape them in place at the top. Then spray a light amount of soapy water on the part and then start sticking the graphics on and squeegee the graphics on from the center working outward and use heat when needed. They will be perfect everytime!
I'm surprised that nobody shows that. Like window tint and automotive graphics.soapy water and a rubber squeegee. Maybe these graphics are made different? I don't know
Anyone knows how to install graphics on a plastic fuel tank, I install it but got bubbles in a few hours, is there anyway to cure the tank to avoid transpire
really like their stuff, BUT, their site is a real pain in the butt. id rather call them and do the graphics with them .I've done a few renditions , and when i go to save them , the work doesn't accept to their system and i lose the work I've done .
I always like to start with the holes first as well.

Also if you have a graphic that is falling off you can use the heat gun or hairdryer to stick it back on

I'd also recommend a Squeegee. This will help with the air bubbles etc
a WHOLE lot easier. I see what you did there

No. Gas fumes seep through the plastic. The best way to extend the life of your graphics is to drain your tank when you’re done riding.
Usually tank graphics are perforated with sliced or holes in them. If there not this will forsure keep happening
.
Can you buy plastics with graphics already on??
