Depends on the material and quality of said material. From the looks of it, it’s faux leather. So yes, they actually might tear. But it’s also gonna heavily depend on how well you maintain them.

Sony sound signature is a bit bassy. Ofc, in terms of anc Sony and apple are unbeatable but in terms of sound sennheiser is one of if not the best option available.

Sony CH 720 is much better for Comfort. Sound Quality of Sennheiser HD 450BT is best though.
