Good Day my friends. The Arcturian energy is very much a part of me. I call on them for healing. I always get good physical sensations from them. Their touch is so gentle and fully compassionate. I usually get the sensation of there being three of them surrounding me. It's like they are playing me like an instrument and tuning me for a performance. When we got to the last part with the crown Chakra it was so peaceful. I had a couple people from my soul family join me. It was very joy filled. I felt something like this being done to my brain about a week ago. I woke up at around 4 AM and something was being done to my brain. I felt electric impulses very clearly. Hello dear, I have been out of commission for a while. I fell into a deep depression & i stopped meditating, learning & doing anything of the spiritual nature for about a week & then i thought i would listen to this again & now i am now back in the saddle again. yes I had a very similar experience to you...very pleasurable and calm. The blue flame cleansing felt purifying while the top of the head felt cosmic and knowing, so different to how we normally feel in the busy lower mind.

0:25 I have tried this today 5/20/2024 I felt my buzzing on my crown, the back of my head, around my third eye, my temples, and I could feel my head gently moving back and forth. Is the head moving back and forth suppose to happen?
That was sooooo amazing!! It has shown me that the work that I have done to quieten my mind over the past two years has paid off. I am peaceful and have the clarity that was described here. Before you talked about the blue flame entering my thoughts, I was already seeing it. And then a dem light of yellow or goldish colour started coming in from the right side of my inner vision. This guided meditation was amazing! My head tingled right away and I sensed the energy spinning inside me immediately. I’m a visual person and when instructed to focus on the top portion of my head I imagined the energy as a spinning top, a hemisphere above and a more conical shaped spiral below. Centered at the pineal gland it formed a plane like a record player and when we focused on that spot on the back of the skull I felt like it was spinning in concert with that platter, creating space to grow. I could sense the energy from above spiraling down and entering my body, swirling through the chakras to my root as the energy of the Earth spiraled up to join the dance as it rose through and out the top. And then we centered, gazing down at “me” below. Remarkable, calming, energizing and it felt wonderful. Thank You and the Arcturian Council!

This was incredibly powerful and instant. The energies were VERY sensorial as you stated. It began instantly when you connected to the energies and began clearing my inner ears and “tubes” from my ears down into my neck. I was continually yawning releasing huge energetic clearings so much so that my head would whip back, chin up as they cleared from the crown, inner ears, neck and throat. This continued throughout and afterwards. My inner ears tingled and “itched” as the energies cleared. Numerous thoughts entered my mind for awareness and clearing. It just kept clearing! So much passed through. My neck continued to tip back like a wolf howling in the night. I felt my solar plexus clear as thoughts continued to flash into my awareness. Becoming conscious of how my egoic mind is reacting has been known but not realized to the depths of this extent. Participating is perpetuating. Thank you so much sister! In your transmissions I feel like they are specially for me. Destined for my growth. So I cannot thank you enough! I felt the energy in my brain in the beginning. Like one of those tesla coil balls. Been having lots of thoughts this week and could not advance on the mission as I had multiple parts shifting in me, requiring me to make a strategy but I could not decide. This clearing is what I needed. I felt the slow spinning at the back of the head, slowing down my thoughts to realize it was just smoke! This is my first meditation with you. So happy to have found and participated in this experience. The front middle third eye area is still very strongly connected with a deep sensation. My inner deep area at first was not registering any feelings and then I felt peace. The back of my head is where I could actually feel a “wheel like turning slowly and vibrations back there. The crown Chakra was like buzzing vibrations coming in from above pouring down into my head from above. The blue flame started in my head and moved down into my heat and body. My awareness was drawn out from my head and I became a pulsation of light at the top of the spiral, I had to pause the video as I didn't want to leave this state of grace but stay as long as I needed to. Even afterwards I feel irrevocably changed. As if my mind has been muted and a more slowed down approach to life is now ensuing. I was already a laided back person, however this is an additional enhancement for sure. My mind felt peace at the first point, there was no rushing thoughts and awareness of a small golden ball appeared inside my head. As we moved down-back of the head I sensed a foggy- grey space, then tried to clear it with the blue light. Above the head perspective felt peaceful at first, and brought a memory of a past life regression where I found myself "seating" in space looking down on our beautiful planet and millions of stars, then became aware of an enormous crystal wings protecting me from behind.There was a lot of pressure at the top of my head to the point that my head started hurting and I felt dizzy and nauseated. The first couple positions were chaotic like a stormy ocean, like the energy didn't know where it wanted to go and my eyelids fluttered. And then sinking down to the base there was more of a soft gentle slowness that felt peaceful and like cotton, it increased as the blue flame did. The swaying was beautiful and felt good at this point and it was brought upward with the flame, quieting the rest of my crown and resting above. I think I might use this as lesson to feel more into the different areas of my head instead of seeing it as one giant area. Love and light💜

The spiralling on the back of the head felt firm and smooth like a churning. The activation on the top of the head after allowing the opening felt cool very cool as if cool waters are flowing in
Thank you so much! I've been learning more about the ability to control my energy levels. I often raise my vibrations and it feels like the last thing they had us do: focusing on the chakras above my head. When I do this, I feel tingling on the sides of my face , it brings my mouth into a smile that I'm not controlling, but feels like pure bliss, joy. It also causes my head to sway side to side or follow energy. This is the most pleasurable thing that comes from meditating for me. When I started listening to this today, I already had a migraine. I rarely get them but acquired this and other symptoms this week from the sun energy coming toward the planet. I had been listening to binaural beats in an attempt to alleviate the headache, but it was getting worse. When i started listening to this and participating in focusing, my migraine got worse, like a tight metal band squeezing my brain. I've already been very aware of needing water, rest, meditation, electrolytes and certain foods. Nothing was helping this headache. As i went through the various areas of focus, some made it worse and some made it better. Crown chakra seems to be alleviating the pressure a bit, like venting it. Focusing on the center of my brain was very painful. As they said, many human memories and traumas have been surfacing rather rapidly recently. In meditation/channeling they showed me that it is because our higher vibration selves cannot hold lower vibration self-torture thoughts or incidents that do not vibrate at the higher frequency. They showed me that it is like having a sliver or a deep wound that becomes infected, as the puss tries to heal it, the pressure increases and it "festers" to the surface where it can be seen,understood, and removed. When I focused on the back of my head, I felt some relief. I had done this exercise with a different channel a week ago and at that time i felt great pain by focusing on the back of my head, but now it seems to be calm. My migraine and congestion seems to be either my body acclimating to the higher vibrations and/or physical and emotional wounds/slivers festering, being pushed out by the pressure of higher vibrations. I've been doing attunement meditations and grounding/release/transmuting several times per day which helps. Today I stayed home, thinking I had a virus, so I did not meditate and ground as much. That is likely where the migraine came from.
The Arcturians once made a circle and hung out with me during a spiritual journey on a small mountain. I remember that they had illuminated beautiful crowns on their heads. They did not speak a word. Other than that I have not experienced them. The Arcturians, Andromendens, and Sirians really don't come around me. The Pleiadians have been dissing me a lot lately too. I don't know what their deal is, but I'm always down to chill. *Shrug*

I am always in "awe" when synchonicities occur and messages are just perfect for me, at the perfect time. My egoïc mind has been causing me too much anxiety lately... this meditation was just wonderful. Thank you! I saved it and intend to use again and again when I feel overwhelmed but thoughts. I am so grateful to be "awaken" and able to connect with higher beings and energies that help me through this lifetime.
This is my first time reaching out to the Arcturians, and I'm sensing a moving energy that's entirely new to me, especially at the points mentioned throughout the video. I hadn't been aware of my own energies before, something like that is how the energies would behave. Last night, I didn't finish the video but resumed from where I left off this afternoon. There are signs, sensations, and images that I'm unsure of their meaning, but I hope they bring positivity into my life and help remove or unblock any negativity, allowing me to learn from them. Last night, I had a very clear dream, clearer than usual, about some very negative things. Normally, I would feel scared, but not this morning (around 3:45 am). I think I didn't even enter into the feeling upon waking up in the middle of the sleep and went back to sleep again not long after that. Thanksss.

So profound ever since opening the 7 seals I am so cautious about sharing anything with anyone but I felt this throughout my entire body im very in tune with my energetic system and clearing all this debree is Kindof a daily task people do not realize just how much they project onto people. Their Beliefs there energy there limits. Trying to maintain a limit less mentality around the general public is highly difficult especially when you automatically connect to everything and everyone I come into contact with. Good Day my friends. The Arcturian energy is very much a part of me. I call on them for healing. I always get good physical sensations from them. Their touch is so gentle and fully compassionate. I usually get the sensation of there being three of them surrounding me. It's like they are playing me like an instrument and tuning me for a performance. When we got to the last part with the crown Chakra it was so peaceful. I had a couple people from my soul family join me. It was very joy filled. yes I had a very similar experience to you...very pleasurable and calm. The blue flame cleansing felt purifying while the top of the head felt cosmic and knowing, so different to how we normally feel in the busy lower mind.

Before you talked about the blue flame entering my thoughts, I was already seeing it. And then a dem light of yellow or goldish colour started coming in from the right side of my inner vision. This guided meditation was amazing! My head tingled right away and I sensed the energy spinning inside me immediately. I’m a visual person and when instructed to focus on the top portion of my head I imagined the energy as a spinning top, a hemisphere above and a more conical shaped spiral below. Centered at the pineal gland it formed a plane like a record player and when we focused on that spot on the back of the skull I felt like it was spinning in concert with that platter, creating space to grow. I could sense the energy from above spiraling down and entering my body, swirling through the chakras to my root as the energy of the Earth spiraled up to join the dance as it rose through and out the top. And then we centered, gazing down at “me” below. Remarkable, calming, energizing and it felt wonderful. Thank You and the Arcturian Council!

This was incredibly powerful and instant. The energies were VERY sensorial as you stated. It began instantly when you connected to the energies and began clearing my inner ears and “tubes” from my ears down into my neck. I was continually yawning releasing huge energetic clearings so much so that my head would whip back, chin up as they cleared from the crown, inner ears, neck and throat. This continued throughout and afterwards. My inner ears tingled and “itched” as the energies cleared. Numerous thoughts entered my mind for awareness and clearing. It just kept clearing! I felt the energy in my brain in the beginning. Like one of those tesla coil balls. Been having lots of thoughts this week and could not advance on the mission as I had multiple parts shifting in me, requiring me to make a strategy but I could not decide.
This clearing is what I needed. I felt the slow spinning at the back of the head, slowing down my thoughts to realize it was just smoke! Then the blue flame went everywhere in my brain, transmuting away all the unuseful and unclear thoughts. Then the spiraling took me up, into a higher viewpoint. A point of clarity. This is my first meditation with you. So happy to have found and participated in this experience. The front middle third eye area is still very strongly connected with a deep sensation. My inner deep area at first was not registering any feelings and then I felt peace. The back of my head is where I could actually feel a “wheel like turning slowly and vibrations back there. The crown Chakra was like buzzing vibrations coming in from above pouring down into my head from above. The blue flame started in my head and moved down into my heat and body. My mind felt peace at the first point, there was no rushing thoughts and awareness of a small golden ball appeared inside my head. As we moved down-back of the head I sensed a foggy- grey space, then tried to clear it with the blue light. Above the head perspective felt peaceful at first, and brought a memory of a past life regression where I found myself "seating" in space looking down on our beautiful planet and millions of stars, then became aware of an enormous crystal wings protecting me from behind.There was a lot of pressure at the top of my head to the point that my head started hurting and I felt dizzy and nauseated. I can not imagine spirals as it make me dizzy. This feeling lasted for 5-10min after the meditation. Thank you Eluña and the Arcturian Council. 🌸💮🏵 It was very powerful.

Wow, that really was activating and cleansing of the mind - felt it in every place in my head when directed there. Love the cleansing blue flame! Thank you, I needed this. I had been so busy with work and school, that I had very little time to get ready for an approaching training on energy healing that I signed up coming up next weekend . I truly needed to do some “cleansing”. I felt the energy on top, and back but also front forehead, sinuses all the way to my upper teeth.

The first couple positions were chaotic like a stormy ocean, like the energy didn't know where it wanted to go and my eyelids fluttered. And then sinking down to the base there was more of a soft gentle slowness that felt peaceful and like cotton, it increased as the blue flame did. The swaying was beautiful and felt good at this point and it was brought upward with the flame, quieting the rest of my crown and resting above. I think I might use this as lesson to feel more into the different areas of my head instead of seeing it as one giant area. Love and light💜

The spiralling on the back of the head felt firm and smooth like a churning. The activation on the top of the head after allowing the opening felt cool very cool as if cool waters are flowing in

Thank you so much! I've been learning more about the ability to control my energy levels. I often raise my vibrations and it feels like the last thing they had us do: focusing on the chakras above my head. When I do this, I feel tingling on the sides of my face , it brings my mouth into a smile that I'm not controlling, but feels like pure bliss, joy. It also causes my head to sway side to side or follow energy. This is the most pleasurable thing that comes from meditating for me.
When I started listening to this today, I already had a migraine. I rarely get them but acquired this and other symptoms this week from the sun energy coming toward the planet. I had been listening to binaural beats in an attempt to alleviate the headache, but it was getting worse. When i started listening to this and participating in focusing, my migraine got worse, like a tight metal band squeezing my brain. I've already been very aware of needing water, rest, meditation, electrolytes and certain foods. Nothing was helping this headache. As i went through the various areas of focus, some made it worse and some made it better. Crown chakra seems to be alleviating the pressure a bit, like venting it. Focusing on the center of my brain was very painful. As they said, many human memories and traumas have been surfacing rather rapidly recently. In meditation/channeling they showed me that it is because our higher vibration selves cannot hold lower vibration self-torture thoughts or incidents that do not vibrate at the higher frequency. They showed me that it is like having a sliver or a deep wound that becomes infected, as the puss tries to heal it, the pressure increases and it "festers" to the surface where it can be seen,understood, and removed.
When I focused on the back of my head, I felt some relief. I had done this exercise with a different channel a week ago and at that time i felt great pain by focusing on the back of my head, but now it seems to be calm.
My migraine and congestion seems to be either my body acclimating to the higher vibrations and/or physical and emotional wounds/slivers festering, being pushed out by the pressure of higher vibrations.
I've been doing attunement meditations and grounding/release/transmuting several times per day which helps. Today I stayed home, thinking I had a virus, so I did not meditate and ground as much. That is likely where the migraine came from.
The Arcturians once made a circle and hung out with me during a spiritual journey on a small mountain. I remember that they had illuminated beautiful crowns on their heads. They did not speak a word. Other than that I have not experienced them. The Arcturians, Andromendens, and Sirians really don't come around me. The Pleiadians have been dissing me a lot lately too. I don't know what their deal is, but I'm always down to chill. *Shrug*

This was beautiful, magical (I wrote this word one second before you said "May you remember your magic today"!) et healing. I am always in "awe" when synchonicities occur and messages are just perfect for me, at the perfect time. My egoïc mind has been causing me too much anxiety lately... this meditation was just wonderful. Thank you! I saved it and intend to use again and again when I feel overwhelmed but thoughts. I am so grateful to be "awaken" and able to connect with higher beings and energies that help me through this lifetime.

This is my first time reaching out to the Arcturians, and I'm sensing a moving energy that's entirely new to me, especially at the points mentioned throughout the video. I hadn't been aware of my own energies before, something like that is how the energies would behave. Last night, I didn't finish the video but resumed from where I left off this afternoon. There are signs, sensations, and images that I'm unsure of their meaning, but I hope they bring positivity into my life and help remove or unblock any negativity, allowing me to learn from them. Last night, I had a very clear dream, clearer than usual, about some very negative things. Normally, I would feel scared, but not this morning (around 3:45 am). I think I didn't even enter into the feeling upon waking up in the middle of the sleep and went back to sleep again not long after that. Thanksss.

I do not normally comment. This is maybe the 4th or 5th time watching it. So profound ever since opening the 7 seals I am so cautious about sharing anything with anyone but I felt this throughout my entire body im very in tune with my energetic system and clearing all this debree is Kindof a daily task people do not realize just how much they project onto people. Their Beliefs there energy there limits. Trying to maintain a limit less mentality around the general public is highly difficult especially when you automatically connect to everything and everyone I come into contact with. This is why I'm so protective of my energy and space. This clearing was so needed. Thankyou.
