As per my knowledge; SDL shouldnt have a drawbacks but regrading SUL when used in the scenario of UL/DL decoupling feature; there might be some impact on other features such as UEs who are using SUL carrier cant be candidate for load balance and NR CA cant be activated for them but this is all need to be verified separately for each vendor
